I went here as a special birthday treat for myself because I'm a huge fan of Beauty & The Beast. However, I found that the food options and quality was far below what I paid for it and while the beast does occasionally walk around there is very little interaction. It is a beautiful building but it's not worth the price in my opinion.

Pros:

Interior is beautiful, great for big fans of Beauty & The Beast

Cons:

Food is average but overpriced, lack of character interaction given it's considered character dining.

Made reservations 60 days ago. Sat us 20 mins after reservation time. So wait staff for 20 mins once seated at table. We had to ask for service. When she finally arrived, took our order, never came back. We ended up cancelling our order and told the hostess we were leaving. We will never go back to this place.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Dining atmosphere. Service.

My family went for lunch on our last day and it was fine. One of the people in our party had noise sensitivity and another has PTSD with unexpected thunder so they put us in the Rose Gallery. We did have to wait about an extra 15 minutes while they changed things around but they got all 5 of us in with no issue. I knew going in that the meet and greets were not a thing but it was more disappointing than I was expecting. The Beast walked around twice while we were there and it was so fast. It felt like if you sneezed he would be gone. We watched a bunch of young girls just not be acknowledged by the Beast at all. We had gone to Steakhouse 71 a few days beforehand and if you can handle no Disney characters it is so much better. My family was all adults but my mom really wanted to eat here so we went with it and we were disappointed. We were definitely rushed, it was subtle but when you looked at everything it is obvious. Our main course was served before all of us were done with the appetizers so the table got crowded with plates quickly. It was hard to look at the other rooms during the meal as it felt like if we left the table we would come back to warmish food.
Overall it was just an ok experience once we sat down. Before and after were amazing and what you expect from a sit-down Disney world restaurant.

Pros:

Beautiful rooms. The suits of armor and waiting rooms are amazingly detailed and more relaxed you can hold a conversation there.

Cons:

Loud, expensive, and you are rushed out.

I found this very over priced and not worth the money. I only booked for the extra character experience which was a minimal appearance of the beast with no interactions permitted. The waitress recommended a drink which turned out to be a pretty slush which costs me 45 dollars for three of them. So all in all I was disappointed and felt a little robbed.

Pros:

Food was nice

Cons:

Although nice it is over priced and disappointing.

Herb salted pork tenderloin was disgusting. Huge hit of vinegar from pickled vegetables ruined it. Not French at all, tasted like a German saurkraut dish.

Pros:

Leaving

Cons:

Paying for horrible food

We had dinner here during COVID restrictions, and we enjoyed the choices for the prix fixe meal. The castle interior is really beautiful, and you can walk through all three dining rooms after your meal. The Beast strolls through the area about every half hour, and you can take socially distance photos. The food was very good (but not excellent). Our server was friendly and competent. The tables are very close and the ballroom is quite noisy - we had trouble hearing each other speak. For us, this was a once-and-done experience.

Pros:

the castle is stunning, the food is very good

Cons:

noisy and crowded, hard to get a reservation

The food was bland, tasteless and over cooked. The table and chairs were dirty. The beast came in once during the hour we were there. Zipped around and left after a minute. The castle is very dark and it was extremely loud inside. Disney could easily revamp the menu, put more effort into cleaning and have the beast out and interacting with the diners. I will never go back to Be our Guest. The food at any quick service is better. Service was fast, I felt like food was made the night before and is served off a conveyor belt. And to add insult to Injury it was expensive.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Terrible food Dirty Loud Expensive Very little character interaction

While I do recommend visiting Beast's castle, I do not recommend eating here. My husband and I ate here on our honeymoon in October 2020. Out waiter was amazing, but the overall experience was "meh". I ordered the French onion soup, and my husband order the lobster bisque. He loved his soup, but mine was more like a dip for the bread. I couldn't really eat it. My husband ordered the filet mignon and I ordered the scallops. Again, my husband loved his filet, and I was enjoying my scallops, until I didn't. My first scallop was great, the second was under cooked, and the third was very gritty, I had to stop eating. The risotto that came with the scallops was good, but there were too many truffles and added an unnecessary texture. Dessert was okay. The gray stuff was our favorite, but the other items weren't great. Again, our waiter was wonderful, and even brought extra gray stuff when he found out it was our honeymoon. We sat in the room with the music box, and beast came by twice while we were there. It did get a little loud, but it wasn't unbearable. Unfortunately, I can't recommend eating here.

Pros:

It's in Beast's castle Beast comes by the dining room The gray stuff IS delicious

Cons:

Food quality was not there Very expensive for a lackluster experience
