Hmm...a little more training and communication would go a long way. Ordering a french roast cold brew and a shakin Jamaican cold brew. Was given 2 identical drinks. When questionned, was told that they were out of french roast so these were 2 Jamaicans. Declined and after a delay, they were able to refund us the one coffeee. Still tried to get us to take it and, when declined, gave it to the person nehind us. The one coffee we did get was neither shakin nor Jamaican; it was a cold brew coffee with nothing added. Heaven knows what they would do with a more complicated order.
