Great for a splurge or if you can get it on a discount. I celebrated my 30th birthday with a trip to Disney and stayed conceirge level at Beach Club. One of the Cast Members bedazzled my birthday button. Everywhere I went everyone knew I was staying at the Beach Club. It made the trips so much fun and special.

Pros:

Great snacks, friendly cast members. Relaxing enviornment.

Cons:

If you don't get a room on discount they are way too pricey.

I stayed at my favorite resort and for the first time at Club Level in December 2019. It was awesome from beginning to end. The staff were outstanding and got to know us so much so when we came in from the parks, be it mid afternoon or evening, they brought us our favorite alcoholic beverages and kept bringing more. Mimosas with breakfast every morning. Loved the variety of breakfast to include pressed espresso and snacks during the afternoon. The evening offerings were enough to fill us up so we didn’t need to buy dinner. Ice cream and beverages were available in a cooler at all times. The only thing I didn’t like was no bottled water but they did have a water dispenser as well as flavored water. After doing club level I will never go back to a standard room if I can afford it.

Pros:

Awesome staff/ cast members!!! Unlimited alcoholic beverages

Cons:

No bottled water

I have stayed at the Beach Club before and like the hotel, but never had the concierge experience. This past December a family member took my toddler and me to Disney, Beach Club concierge. What a great experience! Honestly, having breakfast right there every morning was awesome. There was a nice selection with pastries, some fruit, and one or 2 hot things (eggs or oatmeal). Evening snacks and desserts were great, different choices every day. My toddler especially loved the cookies! Mid-day the selection is small and basic, veggies/dip and hummus/pita type stuff. The space was great, with lots of tables and chairs, and even a kid sized table and chairs by the tv (showing Disney cartoons). Everything was decorated beautifully for Christmas (a nice cozy touch!). But the best part was the staff. Awesome helpful people. The food was always warm and restocked, staff members were constantly inquiring about how the food was and if you needed anything. They were also happy to chat and provide tips, or little known facts, or suggestions. The desk staff was equally helpful, including when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. The staff member got right up and walked to my room and let me in! We liked Beach Club concierge so much that I just booked the 2 of us another trip for this December!

Pros:

The staff is amazing. Good food, especially breakfast. Cozy space to relax and have a drink or grab an ice cream treat to take back to the room.

Cons:

It is expensive (about $120 more per night over a regular room).

Our family- myself, DW, DS & DD (15 yo twins) enjoyed a 5 night stay Apr 12-17. We had stayed club level @ BC in 2014 and were very pleasantly surprised by the renovations that had taken place since that last trip. To start, our 1 bedroom suite was furnished with what seemed to be brand new furniture. We had noticed on our last stay that the rooms were starting to look a bit run down. Disney did a great job of completely refurbishing everything...new paint, wood trim etc. The furniture was placed differently which opened up space and made the room feel larger. There isn't quite the level of theming we'd seen in the past, but the room was very well appointed. And honestly, we kind of enjoyed a respite from the constant Mouse reminders. There were subtle touches that reminded us of where we were but it also felt more like the upscale experience you'd expect for the cost. We really liked it.

We were also very happy about the expansion to the Stone Harbor Club room. The new area, which looks great, has to be 3 times the size of the old room, which could get quite crowded. There were many more tables available and much more room to maneuver around the food offerings. I think that was a major concern in the past and nice to see Disney respond by expanding.

We had arrived late and checked in at the front desk as SH was closed (Rachel was super as was Front Desk Mgr Tea). I had set up our ADRs & special events so we didn't require the services of the SH concierge cast members. But they were very friendly each time we visited the club and I saw them working with other guests quite a bit. The food offerings at SH were similar to what we've had in the past. They had a nice selection of breakfast items including bagels, pastries, fresh fruit with yogurt dips etc. Afternoon snacks were adequate, dinner offerings were all very good and it was nice having access to pop, beer & wine. The club cast members were all very friendly and welcoming, eager to help with requests for to-go coffee cups or a beer for dad at the end of the day. They did a great job of keeping the lounge clean and the offerings available & stocked. Everyone was top notch.

Mousekeeper Michelle did a great job and was very flexible working around our schedule. But no towel animals? 🙁

IMHO...no review of the BC can be complete without touching on two aspects...First, the unparalleled awesomeness of Stormalong Bay. It has to be one of the best resort pool areas in the universe. So nice to just spend a lazy day there. It's traditionally where we decompress on our first morning/afternoon. We always enjoy a room service pizza under the gazebo and a treat from Beaches & Cream. Pixie dust heaven.

And can it get any better?! Are you kidding?! It's Disney!! Of course it can!!! We were in room 3501...the very furthest Eastern end of the resort. A good stretch of the legs heading back to SH or the lobby (GPS would be helpful). But, oh my...we walk out a stairway exit door next to our room and we're literally 100 yards from the International Gateway entrance to Epcot...our favorite park. How cool is that?

You're also just across Crescent Lake from the Boardwalk area and all that it offers. And with the Yacht Club, Swan & Dolphin added in, you've got a really nicely varied selection of restaurants to choose from.

Another exceptional experience all the way around. BC is our default resort and we encourage everyone to stay there.

Pros:

Refurbished Rooms, Enlarged Stone Harbor room, Proximity to Epcot

Truly enjoyed our stay during Valentine week. Staff was helpful in getting last minute dinner reservations at Be Our Guest and LeCellier.
Room was very fresh and clean Lounge was small but never crowded and plenty of choices. Have stayed at Boardwalk Concierge and there is no comparison. The Beach Club Concierge is now my EPCOT resort of choice. The staff was able to arrange for flowers in the room for Valentine's Day and took care of reserving a table at Victoria and Albert's on the 14th. The staff is very professional and go out of their way to make things happen. We have made reservations and will be returning to the Beach Club Concierge for the 2015 Flower Show .

Pros:

Clean and fresh room plus friendly staff

We were surprised when we arrived to find that we were upgraded. We were happy with all of the lovely cast members and the great location. We had the DDP so we really did not use the lounge as much as we should/would have otherwise. Lovely, clean room with great towel animals each night

Pros:

location, cast members

We were most fortunate to stay on Club Level from 7/13 thru 7/18. The upgrade was a gift from our daughter and son-in-law. We love the Beach Club, but the upgrade was an amazing. I have to say that what made the experience was the cast members, especially Hannah, Neil and Hyacinth who always greated us with a smile and went out of their way to make our stay AMAZING! I cannot say enough about how helpful they were, even tracking down a hard to find die cast car that our Grandson had asked for.
Yes, the location is great, and of course the pool is amazing, but I would spend the extra money in a heart beat to be treated this "magically" again!

Pros:

The Cast Members

Second time staying here in the last 2 years. It was enjoyable. We did not do the dining plan as the CL and dining plan last time was way too much eating. It was convenient for breakfast and light snacks after swimming or coming back from the parks. It was convenient to have beverages available. Also able to be there some nights for the desserts and cordials, which we missed the last trip.

The lounge area is a little small but if it was busy we just got a tray and went back to the room. This was actually preferred sometimes- we could be eating and keeping an eye on the kids showering etc.

The whole experience makes it worthwhile. It's the little things that make the difference. When we come back to Disney- we will stay here again.

Pros:

convenience and service

Cons:

lounge a littel small

Our first time staying at club level proved to be very rewarding. We saved a ton of money and time partaking of the club level offerings for breakfasts, beverages, evening appetizers and desserts. The food offerings were varied and very fresh. Everyone in our group found something they just adored when ever we would venture into the lounge for a bite to eat. The staff was extremely attentive to all requests and they seemed very happy to be of service.

My husband did a cost/benefit analysis of staying at club level and he was able to determine that we were saving a small amount of money paying for club level versus paying out of pocket for all the breakfasts, snacks, beverages and beer at Disney prices. We spent far less money in the parks for these items because we utilized the offerings in the club lounge. The convenience of just grabbing breakfast in the morning was a real time and energy saver and having food offerings at different times of the day meant that not everyone was nailed to the same eating schedule. I was also very happy to see the end of half eaten dinners in our family as those of us who were not hungry opted just to wait for the desserts that came out at 8pm and not order a big entree for dinner that sat mostly uneaten.

In addition to saving money we were also pleased with the effort put forth on our behalf from the club level staffers. The responded kindly and efficiently to every request and they made us feel very welcome. Our room was found to be very clean and in good working order. We only had a small problem with our TV service being knocked out after a storm. The maintenance staff responded quickly to our problem and tracked the dysfunction down to a burned out relay which was promptly replaced. Housekeeping was excellent as well. We requested an 11:00am cleaning which was honored every day and we had no trouble at all communicating with our housekeeper via written notes about the need for extra towels or bath products.

Staying Club Level at the Beach Club was money well spent and the added convenience made for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I have no reservations in recommending others consider this wonderful resort club level for their next Disney vacation.

Pros:

Excellent service, room clean, convenient location

Cons:

None!

We truly enjoyed the Stone Harbor Club at the Beach Club Resort. From the moment of our arrival we were treated as special guests. Our escort met us in the main lobby and accompanied us to the Club level check-in area where we were offered a complimantary champagne signature drink. The duty Concierge checked us in and provided us with the unique phone number and text message service to the Concierge Desk in case we needed any assistance during our stay. We made use of this service on several occasions and were always impressed with the service provided.

Other than the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Suites all other rooms on the Club level are "standard" rooms, but our room was very nice to include a decently sized balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. It was an awesome view that we enjoyed many evenings and mornings. In my humble opinion it is worth the extra cost to ask for this view. The pool can be a bit noisy at times, but only during family friendly hours. They could, however, lower the volume of the kids activities at the pool by 50% and still have it be more than loud enough for participants, and much less intrusive for other guests. The Stone Harbor Club was excellent. Great fresh fruit at breakfast and a unique make your own yogurt spread. Hot oatmeal was there every day. A hot egg dish would have been appreciated, but was not part of the deluxe continental breakfast offering. The early evening offerings varied from day to day and always included two hot dishes and several unique salads. They have an assigned Chef who really cares about what he is serving and it shows. Salads were unique, cheeses were top flight. All in all it was excellent. Drink offerings were more than adequate with numerous wine and beers selections all of good quality. Later in the evening liquors were offered with dessert and were also of top quality. Chocolate covered strawberries were not offered, and would have been a top notch addition had they been.

Our stay was excellent and we would do this again. The lounge and the staff really made a magical WDW stay even better.

Pros:

Service, staff, food and beverage offerings

Cons:

None, but a little crowed on busy nights
