Love it!

Pros:

Characters , and all the food at the buffet, specifically: chicken, shrimp, mashed potatoes, salmon, green beans, rice, soups, loved it all !

Cons:

Desserts could use a makeover, lunch is the best time to go.

For even casual fans of Winnie the Pooh, this restaurant is a must-do. The character interactions here are incredible. The food and dessert are surprisingly great for a buffet. And the restaurant itself is beautiful.

Pros:

I cannot say enough good things about the character interactions. They spend so much time at each table, taking pictures and making people smile.

Cons:

Not recommended if you don't like buffet style.

Party of 10 ate here 3rd week of August. Food was some of the best we've had in WDW in a long, long time. Salmon (surprisingly) was one of the best items on the menu. Lots and lots of character interaction.

Pros:

Disney may finally be regaining some of its pre-pandemic dining quality.

Cons:

None really.

Very solid buffet fare! Not everything is great, of course, but enough good stuff there to make it a favorite of ours! Of course, the best part is the character dining. My wife is a big fan of Pooh, and her favorite by far is Eeyore, so she adores coming here.

Pros:

Character interactions! Pretty good food

Cons:

Buffet fare, so some of the food may not be the best.

We had lunch at Crystal Palace in early November. The buffet was very good, prime rib was excellent, they had peel and eat shrimp that were well cooked along with grits, tri-colored carrots, and a well-stocked salad bar. The dessert bar was underwhelming. The food is good, but we came for the experience. It was our grandson’s first Magic Kingdom trip, he absolutely loved it. Since he is a huge Winnie the Pooh fan, Crystal Palace was a natural choice. The best thing about our lunch was the cast members. Everyone, waiters, check in folks and the characters were absolutely awesome. We took about 100 pictures. I would recommend Crystal Palace for the character experience and the excellent cast members.

Pros:

Cast members, characters, prime rib on the carving station

Cons:

Price, it was expensive even for Disney

My adult daughter and I had such a good time at Crystal Palace. Food was good, prime rib was rare. Wasn't rushed at all. Lovely environment. My daughter and I will be back.

Pros:

Good tasty food with options.

Cons:

Rare prime rib.

Ate here on 2/20/22 for dinner with DH and DS age 8. Between the 3 of us we pretty much tried everything. And it was all just ok. Nothing that made us want to go back for more, and nothing that made us say ew, that was awful. The server was very attentive with drink refills.

Pros:

Great service

Cons:

Food just ok, miss the characters

We visited in January for the first time, the service was outstanding! The food was good but nothing special, we did however love the brisket and the apple cobbler. We found a little overpriced for what they offered. We would go back but just so I could meet tigger

Pros:

Beautiful restaurant and great view of the castle with some of the best cast members we meet

Cons:

Basic food and a little overpriced

Beautiful atmosphere and love the touch of character dining with Winnie the Pooh and his crew.

Pros:

Character dining was the highlight! Food was amazing!

Cons:

Buffet/all you can eat for people who cannot eat too much 🙁

We ate dinner at Crystal Palace in February of 2021. It was our last day at Disney World before going back to Texas AKA back to the reality of life. We were sat with an amazing view of Cinderella Castle. We ordered the Prime Rib, and it was fantastic. It was cooked perfectly, and I think about it from time to time when I'm hungry. If your food tastes good even when you're crying, you know it's really good. I did not care for the desserts, but my sister loved them since she's really into honey. She loved the hummingbird cake.

Pros:

Prime Rib is always a treat at Disney World. The views of the castle from the windows are amazing, and I love the friendship banner that hangs there. Christopher Robin's handwriting is pretty phonetic. He'll be a great writer some day.

Cons:

The price was a little much, and I didn't personally care for the desserts. I would have preferred options without so much honey.
