At here 12/28 after standing in line since 10am (they opened at 10:30). The ordering was easy for us since the kiosks were manned by cast members. Prices were much less than we expected. Once we found a table there was no one to tell us that we were supposed to get our own utensils, napkins, and drinks. The food was good. I had the turkey sandwich and my husband and boys had steak sandwiches. The best part was the sandwich bread. Yummy. We sat in the ballroom, and it was the first room to fill up. Would love to go back for dinner but haven't had good luck with reservations.

WDW has hit a home run with Be Our Guest! This quick service restaurant felt like fine dining, yet it was quick service and budget friendly. We did have to wait in line but it was so worth it. Inside the castle you are transported to a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is very large and spacious with three different rooms to choose from. We chose the Rose Gallery off the main dining room and it was quiet and relaxing. We alll ordered different items so we got to sample several things. My son had the Croque Monsier and it was delicious. I ordered the French Onion Soup and it was very good as well. I also had the Veg. Quiche and it was ok, not great. My husbanded had the turkey sandwich and it was so huge he had a hard time finishing it! For dessert we had the Triple Chocolate cupcake and the chocolate cream puff. Both were yummy! This was by far the best dining experience we had at WDW!
Pros:

Just got back from visiting last week. Eating at "Beasts Castle" was really awesome. We had a free dining plan so costs wasn't an issue, but for those actually putting out the bucks, it is a bit price. The current menu on AllEars.net is old. Prices have gone up. But, you really fell like this is a table service meal. Food Quality was great. We ate with another party of 4. We got in line at 11:15 and had to wait 20 minutes, but it was well worth it.

The turkey sandwich was great as was chocolate cream puff and chocolate cupcake. All the other food I saw looked great and I'd like to go back and try more things. The decor is wonderful. I liked that food was brought to you with real plates and silverware. It was a nice step up from typical QS dining. The only negative was the long wait to get in (this was at 11 am), but I guess that's to be expected with a new restaurant.

We ate here today and it was quite good. All 3 of us had the Croque Monsieur sandwich. The sandwich is very large and the bread is delicious! The lemon meringue cupcake is delicious, but very lemony. The lemon-raspberry cream puff was also good.

Ate lunch here Jan. 7, 2013 with dd. Very efficiently run system. French onion soup and potato leek soup excellent. Dd and I shared large turkey sandwich, yum, bread is to die for. Did not order dessert but the cupcakes looked good. We were eating light that day. Highly recommend. Will be back.

It seems they were very picky eaters that day. party of 12. Everyone enjoyed the bread but wished the sandwiches were plain. Cupcakes were the best!!! I really enjoyed the experience. Staff was excellent. The line to get in was extremely long. Had someone wait in line and took the babies on a ride. Would go back again in a heartbeat, by myself. Belle is my girl and the decor was excellent.
Pros:
enjoyed the restaurantCons:

I'm giving the place a 10 based on service and food. We all had the ham sandwich followed up with chocolate cupcakes. It was one of the best meals we had on our vacation. The only downside was that we sat in the west wing portion and people kept crowding around, and even bumping into, our table to take pictures. It was rude and annoying, but not the fault of the restaurant.

I want to give it higher than a 7 but then I remember the ham and cheese sandwich that they tried to pass off as a croque monsieur. Waited in line outside for about half an hour. Ordering process was interesting. French onion soup was very good, sandwich was blah. Amazing dining rooms - we ate in the ballroom under the chandeliers. Beautiful. Would return but will order something else.

We visited Be Our Guest twice on our WDW vacation in January 2013. The wait was consistently approximately 30 minutes, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The braised pork, grilled steak sandwich, french onion soup, and cupcakes were all really good. I didn't care for the croque monsieur, though, as it wasn't anything like the ones I had eaten in Paris. Overall, though, I think this is the best counter service lunch option in Magic Kingdom and will definitely return.
