Got the angus bacon cheeseburger with fries. Burger patties were cooked to the point of rubber and it had no taste at all. Even adding a lot of mayo and mustard didn't help. Got way more lettuce than anything else, plus the bun was tough and chewy, and the fries were not hot and fresh (and yes, they were very busy when we were there so no excuse for cold food). When we pay the prices we pay at Disney, we expect good food, and a memorable meal. All in all, this was a real disappointment, and one we'd like to forget.

Ticket times were incredibly slow. From the time I placed my order in person, I watched 10 or 11 orders get filled before mine. Kitchen operations are chaotic and unprofessional. No sense of urgency. Management standing around doing very little. Food was decent… if you’re from California.

For a quick service dining option, the ordering process was slow and the order taker was one of the most unpleasant peopel we encountered during our Disney trip. Impatient and unhelpful. Food options are limited, but food portions were large and the food was hot. Seating was good. Decor is on the boring side.

So unmemorable that I had to look at the menu to remember what I ate there. I had shrimp tacos, not as good as what I can get from any Mexican casual service restaurant at home, but not offensive. The Mexican rice was borderline awful, but the beans were good. Too bad the grilled ham and cheese sandwich is not available on the adult portion of the menu.
Atmosphere is pleasant. Noise level is tolerable. Service was helpful - a server carried my tray to my table, since I use a mobility scooter, which I would have liked to leave outside, but the restaurant is too large for me to negotiate without the scooter. Overall, a pleasant but forgettable experience, which has become my new standard for a Disney fast food restaurant, especially in the Studios.

Ate at the ABC Commissary during lunch time because every other restaurant was busy and they had lots of seating available. Food was ok but nothing to write home about.

Nothing special here. It's a good place to get out of the heat. Sometimes they have something unique but not always. Themeing is very boring. Have had a hard time finding a seat.

Cold food, confused counter service people. Did not get the right order twice. Frustrated husband would not go back a third time. Terrible burgers. Tasteless grizzly meat. Overcooked chicken. Used to be our favorite, but not any more.

ABC tends to get the worst or close to the worst ratings at HS quick service (Fairfax being the other poorly rated restaurant). I come here every year, and I typically think it's ok in terms of food taste. The menu for food entrees is probably the biggest. It's air conditioned with a decent amount of inside seating. Sometimes slow on service. On 9/6... it was storming outside and we came here for shelter and try to order the chicken tenders and potatoes that was on the mydisneyexperience menu. It wasn't available. The line was also huge. Even though it was raining hard, I was dissappointed enough to make the trek to Pizza Planet, rather than order something here. I would put Pizza Planet's meatball subs and meat lovers pizza and Starring Rolls sandwiches with that awesome bakery (butterfinger cupcakes!) over ABC. But it's probably preferred over getting a turkey leg at Min and Bills or the chicken/ribs at Fairfax.

It was an extremely hot and humid day so we decided to grab lunch here since it was air conditioned and we could get out of the sun. They do crank out the food fast, I have to say that. I loved the new kids packs that contain carrots, grapes, yogurt, snack bar and goldfish. My daughter loved the box and we could take the things she didnt eat with us for later. We got the bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was the driest burger I have ever had. Again its counter service and I am not sure if we just hit it on a bad day but I have had better counter service in the other parks. I think if you are hungry and want something fast and not outside, give it a try. I don't think I would go out of my way to eat here again.
