I go to Disney World almost every day for my job and that’s a lot of walking in the sun. There is perhaps no greater Disney World must do than staying hydrated!

Sure, you can get free cups of ice water at quick service spots but it is really hard to stay hydrated without making a ton of stops. So, I’m a big fan of carrying a water bottle! I’ve tried a lot of different brands and I’ve finally found the water bottle that is the clear winner!

If you’re wondering why I keep having to replace my water bottle, you may want to watch this video. It’s embarassing.

But, let’s talk about my favorite water bottle. This is the Owala FreeSip Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle.

And let me tell you, this water bottle is built different. The stainless steel build means that water stays cool and refreshing all day, but there are a couple of key things that are even more important than that.

I only use water bottles with straws. Personally, I drink a lot more water just idly if I don’t have to think about actually tilting the bottle. I know, it seems like a small thing, but if you’re not the best at drinking water, give it a try!

The Owala has the “FreeSip Spout.” This is a super unique mouthpiece that lets you sip through a straw OR tilt it up to chug/get that last little sip. This is a game changer! I always thought I had to choose between straw or open mouthpiece and my Owala showed me otherwise.

Another must when it comes to water bottles (especially in Disney World) is a lid that covers the mouthpiece. I’ve used some bottles where the straw folds down to become part of the lid, leaving where your mouth goes exposed to the germs of your environment. Yikes. The Owala has a full cover that locks!

And the lock lifts up to work as a handle to make it easier to carry or attach to your bag.

I went with the 40 oz size which, I’ll warn ya, is too big for almost any cup holder or water bottle sleeve. They also have 24 oz and 32 oz sizes! These bottles are also on the heavy side but I find the benefits outweigh the weight.

I have mine in Camo Cool but there are a ton of cool and pretty color combos to choose from.
