Pros: good food
Cons: none

It's hard to find good vegetarian offerings, but I loved the portobello mushroom sandwich here! It comes with either apple slices or kettle chips. I got the apple, which was pre-packaged and hardly even tasted like apple, so DH shared his chips with me, which we didn't even need because the sandwich was so filling. It wasn't a bit crowded and was a nice quiet spot compared to the other restaurants. I liked the automated player piano too.

Pros: Quiet, Great Decor
Cons: Needs a show!

My fiance and I popped in here for lunch during our Magic Kingdom trip in April 2011. It was nice to find healthy choices and a quiet air-conditioned spot to put up our feet. He had the carved turkey sandwich and fries, I tried the tuna croissant and apple slices. Both were large portions (I barely finished mine), and did the trick filling us up for the rest of our day. I wish there were live performers at this venue like there are at the Golden Horseshoe at Disneyland, but the player piano added charming ambiance, and we really enjoyed our meal.

Pros: food quality, location, atmosphere
Cons: only seasonal

Thanks to Deb for opening this up for reviews! I took DS to MK on 7/23 for the day and was looking for a lunch spot that was not hotdogs and french fries but didn't require table service when I stumbled on this little gem. First, unlike the other quick service nearby, at peak lunch time the place was half empty. There was no line to order, no wait for food and open tables. It was quiet and cool - plus there was a cute player piano that started up every few minutes. Second, the menu was very nice, with I thought a decent variety for quick service, with meat, fish and vegetarian offerings. I'm not a mushroom fan but the portobello salad looked REALLY good. DS and I both had the carved turkey sandwich. His came with apple slices and chips and mine with apple slices. The bun for the adult sandwich was larger than it needed to be but that's not unusual. I used half only. But I thought the quantity of turkey was pretty good on both my and the child's sandwich and it was excellent. Very moist and flavorful. The chips were very good also - like kettle chips, not Lays or something. Once finished we were able to step right outside for the parade. I don't know why it wasn't full, but I certainly am planning to head back to the Diamond Horseshoe during our next MK trip. I really recommend it as a wonderful alternative to the usual hotdog/nugget/pizza quick service. I am not giving it a 10 because I thought for the price the adult meal should have come with chips and apples like the child's meal.
