ALL of the CHARACTERS You Can Meet at Disney’s Star Wars Nite

It’s Star Wars season in Disneyland! More specifically, it’s the Season of the Force, when Disneyland celebrates all things Star Wars.

Not only does this celebration bring special events, snacks, merchandise, and more to Disneyland, but there’s also Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite, a special ticketed event that offers some EXCLUSIVE Star Wars entertainment, snacks, characters, and more. So let’s take a look at what you can see and do during Star Wars Nite.

Characters

Okay, you want to see some characters? There are LOADS of Star Wars characters you can see during Star Wars Nites. Of course, some of the characters you can usually see roaming around Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be around, including Kylo Ren, Ahsoka Tano, and the Mandalorian and Grogu. But we started our evening by having a chat with C3-PO.

We even ran into some Jawas, who we’re pretty sure are trying to sell a stolen Droid.

Padme Amidala was also greeting guests.

One character meet-up we were excited about was Mickey and Minnie. Yes, you can meet Mickey and Minnie every day in Disneyland, but for Star Wars Nite, they’re wearing their Star Wars-themed outfits.

BB-8 was also hanging out with everyone.

Emperor Palpatine looked as menacing as ever as he overlooked the proceedings.

Don’t forget about Darth Vader, accompanied with Stormtroopers

Darth Maul also showed up. Yes, he’s a little terrifying.

Entertainment

There is so much to do at Star Wars Nite that it might seem impossible to do everything. We recommend deciding what’s important to you and doing those things first, and then if you have time later in the evening, hit up some more things! So here’s the deal: we got to be in a parade — in Disneyland! It’s the Fans of the Force Costume Cavalcade – A Star Wars Nite Costume (Cosplay) Showcase. So we got to march through Disneyland and live our dream of being in a Disney parade.

You can also catch the March of the First Order Featuring Captain Phasma as the First Order hunts down a Resistance spy in Tomorrowland. We even learned how to swing a lightsaber with the Lightsaber Instructional with a lightsaber pro who taught us how to tap into our inner Jedi.

There was also a Lightsaber Meet-up With Rey near the Millennium Falcon.

Be sure to make time to turn your eyes to the Rivers of America. Figrin D’an and the Modal Nodes floats along the rivers playing some classic cantina music.

Sweet cantina jazz

We also got a chance to show off our dancing skills at the Galactic DJ Party Zone on Main Street, U.S.A.

Like we said, there’s a lot to see and do! If you’re a Star Wars fan, Star Wars Nite is a must — you won’t regret it.
