Food and Drink Photos from the Grand Floridian’s Enchanted Rose Lounge

Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has a new lounge inspired by Beauty and the Beast, and we took you on a tour of the elegant Enchanted Rose Lounge when it soft-opened last week.

Now we’re showing you the food and drinks of Enchanted Rose Lounge. We tried everything on the limited food menu plus several of the spot’s signature cocktails.

Enchanted Rose Lounge Menu — Drinks

As one would expect from a lounge at Walt Disney World, the menu at Enchanted Rose is extensive.

The first two drinks we’re bringing to you are a pair of Tableside Cocktails. These drinks are prepared tableside (of course) on a special drink cart that’s rolled directly to you.

The Love and Envy Tableside Cocktails take time to prepare, and each preparation (you can order one or both) is narrated by the cast member as he or she adds each component.

The Envy Tableside Cocktail is a twist on an Old Fashioned and finishes bitter — much as envy the emotion does.

Envy is garnished with an apple chip.

The Love Tableside Cocktail is designed to show how “diversity of ingredients can transpire love.”

The drink combines unique components like chamomile tea, pear, and rose petals to create a drink that’s pretty and delicious.

The Grand Cocktails on Enchanted Rose’s menu consist of several drinks carried over from the spot’s Mizner’s days, so if you’re longing for the way things were, you can drink like nothing’s changed. 😉

And if you want to drink like a beauty and a beast, the Featured Cocktails have a lovely and broad array of options!

The Island Rose is the most tropical of the group and feels a little out of place at this Lounge. But it’s tasty and has the word “rose” in the name, so we’ll give it a pass. It melds Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose, Lime, Orgeat (Almond), Pineapple, Bitters, and Rose Water.

Floral Bitter Beauty is all of the above, combining Hendrick’s Gin, St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Campari, Aperol, Lemon, and Soda.

The Lavender Fog is a slightly creamy, slightly floral drink that incorporates Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin, Rothman Crème de Violette, English Breakfast Tea, Vanilla, and Cream.

Garden Daisy is a cheerful drink that combines Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Midori, Lime, and Cucumber. It’s light and refreshing.

If you’re in the mood for a bright take on a classic, the Sunny Margarita mixes Patrón Silver Tequila, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, Juices of Orange and Lime, and Agave to create boozy sunshine in a glass!

Rye Not? is a cleverly named drink that combines Whistle Pig 10yr Rye Whiskey, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, Cinnamon, Pineapple, and Lemon.

Featured Martinis is another section of the menu with its roots in Mizner’s Lounge! These are six options from which to choose.

The Lounge also offers Beer & Hard Cider and plenty of Wine Selections — including the Wine Library.

Finally, there are a few specialty mocktails for those who want to relax without the liquor.

Enchanted Rose Lounge Menu — Food

The Enchanted Rose Lounge food menu is comprised of dishes that cover a wide range of cuisines. They’re crafted by the world-class chefs at the Grand Floridian, including a one Michelin starred chef from Citricos and the culinary team at Victoria & Albert’s.

The Crab and Gnocchetti Gratin is an indulgent bowl of comfort food… with crab!

We found the Artisanal Cheese Selection to be satisfying, with five cheeses and thoughtful accompaniments.

The Espelette Pepper Spiced Shrimp combines some interesting flavors including lime gelee (served to look like a wedge of lime!) and Serrano ham!

House-Made Flatbreads were a signature offering at Mizner’s, and while this one featured different toppings and components, we still enjoyed it.

The Truffle Fries are upscale fries served with black truffle shavings and 18-month aged Parmesan cheese. They’re served with (delicious) garlic aioli. The truffle fries were conceived by a Citricos chef with a Michelin star, so that accounts for the thoughtful balance in the dish.

The Octopus a la Plancha is a fishy dish with lots of contrasting textures. You’ll need to be a big octopus fan to love this one.

Mini Smoked Short Rib Sliders are a fun choice. And because there are three of them, they’re easy to share!

The White Sturgeon Caviar (easily the priciest dish at $95!) is an offering from the team at Victoria & Albert’s. If you’re looking to try something truly high-end, this will fit the bill (and raise the bill).

Enchanted Rose Lounge did not disappoint — even for Mizner’s fans! While the decor has hints of the the Beauty and the Beast films, the menu is elegant and classy and full of really delicious options.

  1. This AllEars revue and Molly’s youtube were very helpful before we visited the Enchanted Rose right before going to MIckey’s Very Merry Christmas party in December. What a relaxed but fun experience before heading into the park for the Party. We enjoyed the truffle fries, short rib sliders and crab and gnoccheti gratin. I had the Love cocktail because it was unique and plan on having another next month when we head back for a Monorail Crawl. The beer offerings were pretty good and my husband loves Davy Crocket and so he enjoyed a Fess Parker wine. We are not foodies or wine connoisseurs but just an average party of 4 adults, my husband, our daughter and son-in-law, and did not have small children so perhaps that is why it was so perfect for us. We were not shocked by the pricing as it is The Grand Floridian and it is Disney World. But that is why we love Disney World…there is something for everyone and this is definitely a favorite of ours.

  2. The prices are ridiculous, and overpriced even for Disney! $25 for a Manhattan is crazy. Is it served in a cup shaped like Belle, or with a Lumiere straw or something equally absurd? I fear I won’t be drinking here, if at all, as frequently, and with as much enjoyment as I did at Mizner’s….Oh, and please tell me, what does Beauty and the Beast have to do with “Old Florida” again?…

    1. Agreed! The prices actually made me laugh. Let’s see how many suckers there are out there…you know, the new Disney motto.
