We had an outstanding experience staying here in January 2024. The concierge was outstanding, and we had great experiences with all members of the staff. The room was very modern and comfortable, and we had a great view of Epcot.

Pros:

Deluxe resort benefits with moderate resort pricing, bottled water is provided along with the resort fee, great coffee shop, friendly and helpful staff, WALKING DISTANCE TO TWO PARKS, great towels, daily housekeeping, mini fridge, great restaurant options, proximity to Fantasia Gardens

Cons:

It lacks Disney theming

On my 10 day Disney World trip I spent 5 days at the Swan Reserve. We used our Marriott Bonvoy points to stay here. We had an amazing time. The feeling was upscale but still felt like you were by Disney World. We had something wrong with the room when we checked in and the hotel staff was more than accommodating and helpful to make sure we had a great time. The pool was pretty and relaxing with toys for kids to play with.
The transportation felt a little clunky at the time, but compared to staying off the resort, it is really great. Once we went to another Marriott that was just off the resort, the transportation at the Swan Reserve felt like luxury. It isn't as timely as the Disney transportation options but they do come quite often and longer hours than most regular buses. The hotel is not right next to the boat or skyway transportation, but it is a walkable distance away. If you don't mind walking 5-10 minutes to the boats, that is a great option to get to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.
For my next trip to Disney World would love to experience all the different resorts, but it is hard to go somewhere else when this place was so amazing.

Pros:

Transpiration, Location, Pool, View of EPCOT, style of décor.

Cons:

It is hard to find the front desk, and there were multiple times I had to walk around to find someone to talk to. I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get our ice pack we left overnight and almost missed the bus. If they had a better way to know what to expect with bus schedules and routes.

Loved our stay Dec. 2022 in the suites here. Perfect space for a family with the ability to have a separate bedroom and living space. The view was amazing and we watched the Epcot fireworks from our bed. It has wonderful access to so many restaurants and pools. Walking distance to HS and Epcot! Transportation here to MK is the only reason this resort doesn’t get a 10. The busses drop you off at the TTC. We walked over to the Boardwalk to take the bus from there instead. It is right next to Fantasia Mini Golf as well!

Pros:

Spacious Rooms, comfy beds, new, clean, and updated, feels luxurious! It has great pools and restaurants, amazing walkable location to two parks and other resorts. You get deluxe status here and extra park hours!

Cons:

Transportation to Magic Kingdom is not the best. Parking fee per day is high.

The Swan Reserve is amazing. I have stayed at this resort many times, and I love it. The atmosphere doesn't feel like Disney, but it doesn't matter to me. It's very chic. Overall, this resort is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. These rooms are very spacious, and are very pretty. The rooms also have good storage space. The beds are very comfy, too. This hotel also has many good amenities. One downside about this hotel is the pool. It is pretty small, but this is saved. Since this resort is owned by Marriott, they allow you to us the Swan and Dolphin pools. The Dolphin pool is very close to the hotel, and has a slide and two pools. Marriott also provide busses to the parks that are very fast. You also get Early Morning Entry, and Extended evening hours. You can also get good food, like at Amare, the signature restaurant, and Grounds coffee shop is very good for a before park snack, or a midnight bite. If you walk over to the Swan and Dolphin, you can take boats to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You can also walk to those same parks. The prices at this resort are good. The rooms range from about $250-$600, for standard rooms. The prices are decent, comparable to a Disney owned moderate resort. In my opinion, that price is worth it for what you get. All in all, the Swan Reserve is amazing, and the value of this resort can't be beat.

Pros:

- moderate prices with deluxe perks/feels - good food - great location - buses and boats are very fast - early morning entry and extended evening hours - chic atmosphere - access to Dolphin pool - good value

Cons:

- small pool
