Stayed in a 1 bedroom. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I wish they did trash and towel service everyday like DVC used to, but it was easy to access the trash on the floor, so not a big deal. I wouldn’t pY for a preferred view again. Above the 4th floor you’re just looking at a parking garage and the tip of the convention center.
Pros:
Big rooms, quiet tower (much quieter than standard Disneyland Hotel rooms), fast elevators that were never hard to catch, 2 full bathrooms in the 1 bd, comfortable rooms, very cleanCons:
The views kind of stink, terrible water pressure, and took forever for water in the showers and sinks to heat up, and there was a bad (sewer gas) odor in our room and the lobby of the tower the first couple of days (but that was sorted).0 Users found this helpful.
