If you’re looking for a fun family-friendly dinner in Disney, this is not it. Legitimately anything that could have gone wrong here, did. I spoke to the manager halfway through and he did nothing but assure me he’d make it right, only to disappear and not be seen again. This was so overpriced and not worth it. A colossal waste of money and a stressful dinner.

Horrible mixed drinks Wrong sides for all meals Meals sporadically delivered one by one with 5-15 mins between each one and BEFORE any apps (including kids being served at random times) Missing kids drinks and having to repeatedly ask Food cooked wrong Waiter requesting members at the opposite end of the table shout orders to him instead of him walking around Manager unresponsiveReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 03/21/2021

I would have to say that this was the worst dinner during our vacation. We ate here on July 6th. As soon as we sat down, the waiter handed us menus and then asked us if we were ready to order. I said no because we had never eaten here before so he went away and then came back 5 minutes later to take our order. I felt very rushed to make a selection. I wish the food came out as fast as we were rushed to make a decision but it took forever to come out. The only thing nice I can say about the food was that it came out warm. The quality of the food was very poor. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant and I strongly suggest that you spend your hard earned money elsewhere

All I can say is DO NOT GO THERE. I got the Fish and Chips and then ended up sick. Without going into great detail, I was up all night. I was unable to leave my room. I had to miss the Star Wars 5k that I was signed up for. Out $75 right there. Fortunately I was able to do the 10k and Half Marathon on Saturday and Sunday. I tried calling the restaurant the next day to report the incident and got voicemail. I left a message and they never called back. Nice customer service, not even a SORRY!!

I went to Disney World last summer. The food came out all different times. The waiter was nowhere to be seen. I paid for the meal because we were on vacation and we ate the food. Was not happy with the service. After returning from our trip, I called them to complain. They told me there isn't anything they can do because they didn't see our name on the reservation list. I wasn't looking for freebies. I wanted someone who was concerned with the service I received. I would love someone from there to reach out to me to actually figure out the problem.

First impression was awful, had to stand in 3 different lines before getting our table with a reservation and a Landry's card. Check in outside the place, then wait for a text message to get in the indoor line and a third line to wait to be called to our table. The only reason to come here is for the ambiance. The food was awful. I ordered steak medium rare and got shoe leather, way overcooked!! Our server was friendly enough although it was apparent, she was stretched thin as we didn't see her too often. We were seated in the Ice room which changes color but no animals, we had to crane our necks to see any action from the \"meteor shower\"
Pros:
Possibly fun for kids if seated in the right dining area.Cons:

We have been here several times and always enjoy it. This time was much different.
We ordered an appetizer and our meals. Our waiter brought plates out, but no napkins or silverware. Assumed it was coming, but not until we asked. He came over to sell us a discount card (thought that was weird), so had enough time to get us napkins and silverware.
Meals came out before the appetizer arrived. They said they would bring everything out fresh and new later. Our waiter came back and asked when we would like our meals (the appetizer arrived about 5 minutes before his visit). I asked for 10 more minutes. The meals arrived about 2 seconds after he left. The salad I ordered was gross. There was feta cheese in it that was the size of golf balls instead of small pieces...really strange. Ate hardly any of it.
It was my son's birthday, so it was a special one (his choice of restaurant). I think he still enjoyed his big drink and dinasour nuggets...but a very poor service experience and it was soooo expensive for what we got.
I hope not to return!

While this was a neat place to look around, the food was subpar to say the least. I actually like Rainforest so I wasn't expecting anything out of this world, but this wasn't as good as your local bar type food joint.

This is a really unique theme and very interesting to dine in however the lighting is not great in some areas which I would not like to dine in. The food was okay but expensive for what it was.

Took forever to be seated with a reservation. The restaurant had good theming and atmosphere. It was very loud. We went back in March of 2019. Lunch took around 3 hours, so it took a lot of time out of our day.
