Truthfully, I do not think I can recommend Sunshine Seasons when the World (Showcase) is literally at your feet just steps away. There are certainly healthier and lighter options here, as well as a variety to please an array of palates, so if that is what you're after then perhaps this is a good pick for you. But I simply cannot in good conscience tell you to choose to enjoy a meal here over the gastronomic adventure that is World Showcase. I can't and I won't!
As an aside, there is plenty of air conditioned seating here so I do recommend it as a good spot to grab a table and refresh, review plans, and much on a snack you've got stashed in your bag before heading out again.
Pros:
Healthier and lighter options. Variety in one place.Cons:
A little boring compared with other options just a short walk away.Reviewed by BayouBengal Review Date: 02/25/2021

Pros:
Lots of seating, mobile order was filled quicklyCons:

We have been to Disney several times over the past 8 years. This location is always so stressful. It has always been very crowded and located inside the Land pavilion so with the open ceiling, the sound is amplified and is very overwhelming. We did eat there once but we didn’t find any good choices for our picky eater - we had a rough day. I wouldn’t count on it to be your main meal for the day.
Pros:
ConvenientCons:

This is the first time I have been disappointed with a meal at Sunshine Seasons. I ordered a sweet and sour shrimp stir-fry at the Asian counter, and it was horrible, with too sour a sauce and uncooked vegetables. I became sick to my stomach later in the day.

We went for lunch and while the desserts were good, the main meals were not. Sandwiches were premade and were not of the quality we expected. Chicken was bland. Portions sizes were huge.
Pros:
Some variety, desserts are goodCons:
Poor food quality, can get crowdedReviewed by weluvwdw Review Date: 01/07/2013

I've eaten here before and I didn't think it was as good as last time. My husband and I both had the SPICY cashew chicken and I emphasis SPICY! It gave me heartburn. I probably should have ordered something else. It was a small portion and the chicken was grisly and also dark meat. My son ordered the Caesar Salad and he liked it. The chicken looked really good but again it was a smalll portion. The atmosphere is also very noisy and crowded. We ate here because of Soarin'. There really aren't a lot of options in Future World.
Pros:
variety of choicesCons:

This quick-service location in the Land Pavilion offers a wide array of options to satisfy the most discriminating palates. It's akin to a mall food court with different stations, self-service beverages, and even a grab-and-go section to maximize precious park time! While there is a lot of seating, it can fill up during peak mealtimes. It certainly doesn't have the most exciting food in the Park (visit World Showcase during a festival for that!), but it does get the job done in a pinch. It doesn't offer mobile order, so just bear that in mind as well. Even if you don't stop to eat here, it's a great place to grab some FREE ice water while passing by. It's also in a great location being proximate to two rock-star attractions in the Land Pavilion: Soarin' and Living with the Land! One downside is that the hot food stations can close VERY early on some days (I'm talking 4pm), so just be mindful of that and plan accordingly, especially if you plan on having dinner here.
Pros:
Wide variety of options, large dining area, proximity to attractionsCons:
Inconsistent operating hours, no mobile orderReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/31/2023

Sunshine Seasons was like a food court - something for everyone. I got the Stir Fry Chicken Teryaki. It looked aweful. If I had only to go by looks, I would have never gotten it. But someone else in my party ordered it, I took one sniff and my mouth just watered. I had to get it. Let me tell you, it didn't disappoint. It was so tasty.
Pros:
Lots of things to choose from, something for everyone. Plenty of indoor - air conditioned seating.Cons:
Can't think of any really.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 01/29/2023

Some of their best offerings gone
Pros:
They still have the Mongolian beef and chicken with beans and rice which is the only reason I will recommend it.Cons:
The turtle brownie is nothing like it used to be, so disappointing. They no longer have the yummy iced coffee they used to have, they no longer have the key lime Tarte. We don’t even bother with dessert here anymore. It used to be our favorite quick service.Reviewed by PixieDust6 Review Date: 07/05/2022

Only grabbed a quick snack at this place but took full advantage of filling our water bottles at the drink stations. Tons of seating here and AC. Lots of variety and the cookies were yummy and shareable.
