I found this restaurant to have very rude employees. On a few occasions I visited this place and was treated very rudely because I did not “mobile order”. The first time was when I went to purchase a refillable mug. I was chastised by the greeter for not mobile ordering. Then they acted like they were doing me a huge favor by letting me get it and pay cash. The second time was a couple days later when I got a refill and asked for a yogurt parfait. The young man began telling me I had to mobile order for that and was very rude in his long speech about it. By this time I had enough. I then told him that when they fix their mobile order system to accept CASH then maybe I will use it. But until then, here we are. I got my yogurt, again huge favor they were doing by letting me purchase it. During his speech I told him to save it as I did not want to hear it and I didn’t care. I won’t use credit/gift cards for such small purchases. There is nothing wrong with cash and it has nothing to do with Covid or any other viruses. There was no reason to be rude.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Rude. A little rudeness go a long way and I received a lot of it here which is why I will not eat here. There are way too many other places to eat that will gladly accept cash.

This is not your typical Food Court. The menu options for dinner are a step above. We had the chicken sandwich on focaccia and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the sandwich so much we walked over twice from Caribbean Beach so we could order it.

Pros:

Fresh, tasty food and a nicely themed restaurant. Not your typical food court food.

Cons:

It's a smallish place and the set up is a bit weird. There is a small grab and go section, then the cashier which only had 1 register for both the grab and go and for those ordering to stay.

The food was amazing here!!! The drinks are alright.. I got a mojito thinking it would be a normal mojito but it was a canned mojito.. not my favorite. But the food made up for it because it was amazing. I got the Croque Monsieur sandwich which is a ham and swiss sandwich and it was so good!!

Pros:

Food!!

Cons:

Drinks

Primo Piatto is an amazing quick service restaurant. I would say one of the best on property. We’ve stayed at Riviera twice since it’s opened and have eaten all three meals at Primo Piatto. For breakfast the croque monsieur is delicious, lemon blueberry pancakes are light, fluffy and delicious with a lovely lemon flavor without being overpowering. For lunch the burger is fantastic one of the best I’ve had. Parmesan fritte’s are yummy. The focaccia the chicken sandwich is made with us delightful. They have removed some items from the dinner menu since reopening and hoping they will
Bring those back soon.

Pros:

Atmosphere is wonderful. Real plates and silverware. Food is delicious

Cons:

The restaurant itself is quite small. With social distancing could be an issue getting a seat

We stayed at Caribbean Beach in September. We hopped over to the Riviera for a quick dinner one night. We were pleasantly surprised! While I will agree with the review about the door greeter being rude, and the are REALLY pushing mobile order, but hey, who isnt these days. That one person wasnt enough to ruin our meal.
We ordered several items, but the pizza and burger were both way better than typical quick service pizzas and burgers! Very good for a cheap price!

Pros:

Not your average quick service. Definitely a level up. MAJOR PRO for Caribbean Beach guests!!!

Cons:

CM at the door was rude. While I understand they are doing mobile order, and I love that, there is such a thing as tact, and general manners do still exist. While working with the public it can be hard to be nice, so if you absolutely just cant do that to begin with, Disney is not the place to work.

Primo is a fantastic option for a quick bite right off the skyliner. The croque monsieur is a delightful take on the French classic. The cast members are friendly, and happy to help with any questions. Dine inside, or escape to the expansive courtyard area of the resort.

Pros:

Fantastic quick service food. Friendly cast members.

Cons:

Depending on which entrance you use, the path to the counter can be a bit confusing.

Love this eatery! Many unique options that are far above what you’d typically find in a resort quick service location. I haven’t eaten many meals here and keep going back. The gluten free options are fantastic! Everything is fresh and delicious.

Pros:

Great menu Centrally located; loved doing a mobile order from my room upstairs and heading down to grab it Wonderful cast members Coke Freestyle machines Great beverage station

Cons:

Wish there was a rotating menu with one or two new options every few days

We ate here several times during our trip and absolutely loved it! The breakfast was great. We had the gluten friendly mickey waffles and the gluten friendly croque madame. It was so great to have these available GF and I thought they were better than some of the food at Topolinos.

For dinner the burgers and greek salad with shrimp were very very good. Much better than the meals you can get at most of the parks.

Pros:

Great food, plenty of indoor seating

Cons:

it is a quick service, so not fancy, but who cares?
