Brisket and pulled pork was ok not great, cole slaw was bad, corn bread tasted like cake not a fan. It took 10 mins after our food was brought to is before we was given silverware. Waiter said they ran out and it would be a few minutes, totally unacceptable. Manager didn't do anything but give excuses. Didn't offer to comp anything. Very bad service and meal was mediocre at best. The money spent wasn't worth it. Go somewhere else

Hostessin the second floor didnt acknowledge us upon our arrival, she seemed annoyed and made no eye contact.
The bartender was the waiter at the same time he was taking care of the bar.
I ordered an apple juice for my. Hold and he brought orange juice.
Wings were tasteless

I'll start off with an amazing menu to choose from. We had a good, sweet waiter. After that things fell apart. The host was rude from the jump, acted like she hated her job. Then we got to the table, it had been quickly wiped off, left BBQ sauce all over. It was soaking wet when we say down, should have been dried off. The starts the food, all of it was cold. I hot the mushroom burger. It was horrible, had a small stack of mushrooms, like quarter sized on it. Had NO flavor, two small tomato slice pieces on it and nasty lettuce. The bun was dried out, felt like I was eating foam. Food was horrible, don't eat here. I'm sure the drinks are keeping it in business and huge sports atmosphere. It can't be because of the food! Floors were full of grease, very slippery, need to put in something to control humidity indoors. Just a terrible food cleanliness experience. Food was terrible, I would pay half what they charged.

We went there early in the afternoon and the staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. The TVs were too loud for my taste. It took very long for our simple burger order to arrive and while we requested it to be well done, it was still pink inside.

Burger was completely charred and tater totts tasted very strange, but the waiters were great.

We had an amazing time at NBC. Go in to this place knowing it is loud and it’s traditional American food… think TGIFridays older more distinguished brother. It was a great value on the dining plan and the food was what I expected. The service was the best I’ve had at city walk!
