Telling you that I was so excited about going to the Hangar Bar to try the Hot Cocoa Flight is an understatement!!! I arrived with my group to be absolutely treated horribly by the bartender. I tried to ignore his bad attitude and started ordering for our group. Half way through the order I just stopped talking and a complete stranger asked the bartender why he was being so rude to me. So, I left very disappointed.

I am in the minority I guess. After hearing so many rave must go reviews we decided to go. It was a weekday this past March @ 4 and they said they had a shift change that forced us to wait 45 min for a seat. Strange but understand staffing issues. After the wait - which the front of the house seemed borderline annoyed I was completely underwhelmed. It’s a small bar with a handful of shareable dishes. The Indy touches while there were meh. I think the wait really did it for me and it’s a one and done for me.

Pros:

Cocktails are creative

Cons:

Small inside space. Not that much to look at.

The cocktails are very good and the theme of the bar cannot be beat. However, the service is painful.

Pros:

Went on a Wednesday night and the place was very busy, but it is self seating so we found a table that had come open and just needed to be cleared off which the wait staff did quickly. Our order was taken promptly and the drinks came out soon after. The food ordered included the sliders, mini tacos and
pretzels. Nothing was really hot and it did not look like it was prepared fresh and it almost seems like they are trying to hard to be upscale and overly complicated with what really should be simple bar food/appetizers. The appetizers were not tasty and after a bite of each we gave up. On the upside the place has awesome theming, tons of stuff to look at. Go for the beer and cocktails and decor and maybe they'll figure out how to offer more appealing appetizers.

Pros:

Fantastic theming. Good drinks.

Cons:

The food

Overall love it...second time we’ve tried the nachos though and they are awful so stick with the pretzel...that is a great appetizer! Fairly decent amount of food as well.

Pros:

Great atmosphere, drinks are good some apps are great

Cons:

Price, no discounts....some apps awful (nachos)

We went in August for dinner with my family (wife and two young daughters.) The drinks are on the adventurous side including the beer. Not a lot of Coors Light sold here. The food is tapas, so meant for sharing and more like appetizer portions. So if you're starving, this probably isn't the best place for you.

However, they have some really intriguing places to sit. There is a diving bell, the bar is neat, there is a lot of outdoor seating including on a boat. The server forgot my dinner, but we weren't in a rush. The food was good.

The atmosphere is what makes this place, inside and out. If you do a good search you'll find the golden idol from the first movie!

Pros:

Great atmosphere, esp for fans of the movies

Cons:

The dishes are small

Stopped in here twice over the last two weeks. Food and service both times were above average. The Rolling Boulder Sliders were flavorful. The Air Pirate Pretzels were a bit disappointing. Lao Che's Revenge wings were good but very messy. The drink menu is quite extensive. The fountain of Youth and the I-4 IPA were great.

The food choices may not appeal to everyone. If you have a picky eater in your group you might want try other options

Pros:

Close to boat service

We LOVED our experience at Jock Lindsey’s! We came here after a full day in Universal and it was the perfect spot to get a quick bite at the end of the night in a great locale.

We got the loaded pretzel charcuterie situation (definitely the official name) and were thrilled with it. So many tasty meats and cheeses in a giant and tasty pretzel! Such a unique dish that was really delicious as well!

We also enjoyed our cocktails as well! I got the “Cool-Headed Monkey” and can highly recommend that! Plus, we got to sit on the back porch/patio area, which is on the water, and enjoyed that as well.

The theming here is excellent as well. As a big Indians Jones fan, I really enjoyed touring the inside bar area and looking at all the easter eggs and nods to those movies. Like most Disney theming, the execution in Jock Lindsey’s is top-notch.

A really great lounge experience with great eats and drinks makes Jock Lindsey’s a high point of any Disney Springs excursion!

Pros:

Great unique food options Great drinks Excellent theming

Cons:

Space inside is a bit limited, so if you are looking to sit amongst the amazing themed bar, keep this in mind

The staff seemed stressed and we got just a little attitude when asking for a table. Nothing major and I’m sure it was due to the staffing shortages that everyone is experiencing at the moment! Apart from that one person, our experience at Jock Lindsey’s was a highlight of our trip! The bar looks sooo cool! I had the Hail Marty and my wife had the Cool Headed Monkey. Both were stellar! The cool headed monkey tastes like an extra sweet adult kool aid in all the best ways. I hate things too sweet, but even I had several sips of her drink!

100% recommend you go here if you are looking for a drink!

Pros:

Cool bar, good drinks!

Cons:

Only time staff was unfriendly during our trip
