Great place to walk around and people watch. A lot going on. By the water with the Liberty Boat in the background, noises from Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain make you think that there's more going on than there actually is. Great that the parade starts from this area also.
Pros:
Pecos BillsCons:
Lots of people will gather hear a half hour before the parade starts.Reviewed by Anondisney Review Date: 01/15/2021

Between Splash and Big Thunder Mountain, Frontierland has multiple great attraction offerings with the Country Bear Jamboree for the non thrill seekers. I love to stop and get churros here and wait for parades/cavalcades to appear. Not my favorite land personally, but not for any particular reason but preference.
Pros:
Splash and Thunder!Cons:
Not my favorite?Reviewed by ReneeC Review Date: 07/13/2021

Frontierland has Splash and Big Thunder, two of the best rides at Magic Kingdom! It's a fun land to walk around and people watch, take a boat to Tom Sawyer's Island (I agree with Molly that they should switch it to a Princess & the Frog Bayou theme, but still fun for the kids the way it is for now). I love to find a spot here to watch the parade as well.
Pros:
Splash Mountain, Big ThunderCons:

Welcome to the Old Wild West. There isn't much to do here if you aren't going on Splash Mountain or Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (though you definitely should). Here's a Splash Mountain tip: bring a poncho unless you don't mind getting wet.
Pros:

Best place for watching the parades because it's where they start (when they are happening) so everyone has the most energy and you get the best performance.
Pros:
2 of the main 3 thrill rides(mountains) are in this land (splash& thunder), best place to catch the parades and cavalcade, Tom sawyer Island is a nice place for quite most times, country bears is a cute show with great AC.Cons:
Other than Splash and Thunder mountains there isn't much to do in the area. Pecos bills use to be a great QS but they took out the toppings bar with covid.Reviewed by LinzeeBee Review Date: 07/14/2021

It really is the wildest ride in the wilderness! Home of 2 of the 3 mountains in the Magic Kingdom, this is definitely the most thrilling area of the park. Pecos Bill is there for an average quick service meal, or you can always grab one of those park staple turkey legs if you're up for a case of the meat sweats. I've never been to the Diamond Horseshoe so can't comment on that one. The Country Bear Jamboree has mixed reviews, but I can't go without hearing good ole liverlips on every vacation we take. Other than the 2 attractions, 1 show and a couple of food options, there's not a tonne to do in this land but if you've ever wanted to be a part of a western movie, this is your chance to feel like a cowboy! (Also, pro tip, parades start in Frontierland, so catch a cavalcade and then jump in line for Thunder or Splash Mountain with hopefully a smaller wait!)
