My family had a bad experience. It was not fun and honestly felt a little awkward. We ended up sneaking out in the middle of the show.

Not nearly as good as it was pre-covid. The whole process is very rushed. Belle only had time to take photos with the kids who were chosen to be in the show. My 4yo grandson was very disappointed he couldn't get his picture with Belle. Cast members didn't seem to care. They did offer me a photopass card so I could see photos of a bunch of strangers with Belle. Fortunately my grandson was able to meet the "real" Belle at Akershus the next day. That was a much better experience. Don't waste a fastpass on this attraction.
Pros:
Fun for kids who are chosen.Cons:
Very rushed. Only photos for kids who are chosen.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 03/26/2021

This was ok, but honestly a waste of an attraction and my time. I would've rather it been a meet and greet with Belle. My children would've gotten more unique one on one time with her that way instead of this whole spectacle.
Pros:
Unique and different character experience.Cons:
Much less personal than most character meet and greets and a waste of time when all your kids want to do is hug and talk to Belle.Reviewed by Sheri10s Review Date: 06/02/2020

The show was cute. Loved to see Beauty and the Beast characters come to life (Lumiere, Belle and the wardrobe) as its my favourite movie. We went with no children, and was a bit disappointed that everyone didn't get to meet Belle at the end only the kids.
Pros:
cute showCons:

The magical doorway on this attraction still baffles me to this day, I have no idea how they do it. The attraction itself is geared strongly towards young children who want to participate in the story. At the end Belle will have photos with participating actors who are children only and does not do any autograph books, instead handing out cute pre-printed bookmarks (which is fine and largely the reason I did it - free things are always welcomed!) The animatronics are excellent and the atmosphere and setting is wonderful, but it's definitely better done by families with younger kids who can fully immerse themselves into the situation.
Pros:
Beautiful setting Wonderful animatronics Free gift Audience participationCons:

Very cute experience. Definitely geared toward families with younger children. I like that it is interactive and there is a great humor aspect included. I love the meet and great with Belle at the end and the unique signed bookmarks that you get to take home. My daughter has autism and they took some extra time with her to make sure she got to see Belle and interact with her after the show because she was a bit over stimulated with everyone in the room. My son who is more of a pirate than a prince enjoyed the experience, but chose not to do the meet and greet.
