The driver going from the swan hotel to magic kingdom said he was here at 5:20 at 3 in the afternoon and refused to take us to our destination.

I’ve been coming to Disney for years with my family. First when I was a kid and now that I am an adult with my own family. Disney has always seem to struggle with the bus system going to/from resorts. The first day it took a total of two hours to get from Wilderness Lodge to Disney Spring and back. Just travel time. The bus schedule says that buses should arrive and depart every twenty minutes. Thats false advertisement in my eyes. As a part Disney faithful that has come back dozens of times they need to get it together. This is not the Disney transportation that I grew up using. Perhaps Disney should concentrate their attention to their guest and parks instead of politics.

OKW Bus Service is Poor at best

Never arrived on time. On our last day did not even stop and we had to wait 24min for another bus to take us to Epcot. Frequent breakdowns delaying service. We waited 45min for a bus back to OKW from Magic Kingdom. It was incredibly disappointing.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/07/2021

During a rain storm got stuck at a bus station for over an hour. Asked multiple times when a bus would come to take us to the correct location and no answer was clear. Terrible customer service! Stranded with two kids for over an hour with no help!!!

Took an 1hour and 30 minutes to arrive and pick us up and 5 minutes to depart to ebcot every other bus showed up 4 to 5 times but our bus never showed up for that time please fix this or get more ebcot busses just get a uber driver instead.

Bus system has previously been stellar. This is our first post-covid trip and I am amazed at the lack of reliable service. Wait times for bus service were often 40-45 minutes. When you stay at a Deluxe resort, which markets the fact that you can get into the parks early, and the first bus of the morning doesn't show up at your resort until 10 minutes before the resort opens to everyone else... kinda defeats the purpose. Not good, Disney.
