In all of my years coming to the Disney Parks, today’s experience at the Backlot Express was the worst food I’ve Ever Experienced! We ordered the Southwest Salad which was supposed to have chicken breast on it (as per the signage), but actually had undercooked chicken thighs with disgusting pieces of uncooked chicken skin thrown in! It was totally inedible & I brought it to the attention of the manager who said that she was aware of the switch of the chicken parts and that nobody seems to want to change the menu sign that says it contains chicken breast meat. That is totally unacceptable! Exceptionally POOR management allowing this to happen with their knowledge of it!

It's your typical theme park food. Nothing crazy. The wookie cookie is the standout dish and is really good. Everything else is just ok, but there is food for pickey eaters.

The Wookie Cookie is just not what I expected or what it is touted to be. I heard for a long time before my vacation how good it was and how it tasted like a "Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pie". Well, don't be fooled. The two cookies are large which is a plus, but they are hard and really do not have any oatmeal taste or texture. The cream filling is good - we ended up tossing the cookies after scraping off the cream filling. The little chocolate bar on the top of the cookie is tasty. Overall, not a terrible treat...but don't think you are getting a Little Debbie...it is nothing like those delicious little pillows of fun.

Everyone tells you to come here for the Wookiee cookie… I’m going to say skip it! It was huge and had nothing great in the way of flavors. I had to store it in my backpack because it was so huge and by the time I got back to it is was a mess. The food here is normal park fare and it gets very busy.

We went for the Wookiee cookie after reading numerous reviews of it. I was very disappointed. It tasted like cool whip between too less than average oatmeal cookies. The saving Grace was the drink I got.

My daughter, friend and I were at Hollywood studios last evening and went to Backlot Express. My friend got the Cuban panini which tasted like fish and paid the price this morning in the bathroom. My daughter and I got the southwest with chicken salad. The salad was limp; the chicken dry and rubbery. We should have returned the food and got our money back that’s how disgusting it was.

When "edible" is the only adjective I can honestly ascribe to the food , a 4/10 is a pretty generous rating. I got a basic hamburger, which I admit may not have been the best choice, but it tasted like it had been microwaved. Really, Disney?

A staple dining location when we travel to HS. We usually get a good meal; however, this time not so much. First off the menu changed again to less variety. Next the food was poor. Cheeseburgers were dry, roll dry, overcooked with cheese that looked like it was under heat lamp for hours. Chicken strips dry as could be. Not the usual decent food. It has gone downhill since 2017.
