The San Angel Inn restaurant inside the Mexico pavilion always looks so inviting. Nice rich colors and an awesome atmosphere which was I why I chose it for my Disney Pic of the Week on Mexico. Problem is I am not a fan of Mexican food. Or, as I was told once, I never had good Mexican food. I am asking you for some help. If you were to take me here, what would you recommend I order? 1. Pollo las rajas. I make this yummy dish for my family 🙂

Scott replies: I see there’s two popular dishes so far. Any others?

  2. I had the Sirloin Con Chilaquiles as well, was a really nice dish.

Scott replies: Two votes for these…might have to give them a try.

  3. We have never gone wrong with Pollo a las Rajas. Chicken in a creamy, cheesy sauce that also has red & green peppers and chorizo. Soooooo good!

Scott replies: Not so sure about those peppers but cheese is good!

  4. We are vegetarians and LOVE this restaurant. On their vegetarian menu (you need to ask to see it) we order the salad and the roasted veggie plate to share. This is more than enough food for two and we think it tastes so good.
    Enjoy!

  5. The Sirloin Con Chilaquiles is a must try!

Scott replies: Thanks, Steve! That does sound good.
