NEWS: Disney World Added a NEW Restaurant to the Dining Plan

2024 may forever be known in history as the year that the Disney Dining Plan returned.

We were so excited to see this meal plan return to us this year! Back in January, Disney rolled out the Disney Dining Plan once again — the first time since everything shut down in 2020. Since its return, we have been paying very close attention to all the table-service restaurants, quick-service restaurants, and snack spots so we can keep you informed on where you can and cannot use your Dining Plan. Now, we have some exciting news — a new restaurant has officially been added!

You may have heard that two new restaurants opened this year in Disney Springs. One of those is an Indian fusion restaurant called eet by Maneet Chauhan. The food here is so good, and can we just say, that the Indian poutine is probably our favorite item on the menu?

When eet first opened, it was not part of the Dining Plan, but now it has officially joined the ranks of restaurants you can use your credits at! Eet counts as a quick-service location, so you can now grab a quick bite to eat for one of your quick-service credits. And seriously, if you’re in Disney Springs, we recommend checking it out!

There are two Dining Plan options — the. Quick-Service Dining Plan, and the Disney Dining Plan. These plans are available to anyone staying at a Disney Resort with a valid ticket linked to their My Disney Experience (the exception to this are DVC members who don’t need theme park tickets to book the plan).

The differences between the two plans are the types and amounts of each type of credit you get. For a breakdown, see below.

Lots of locations in the parks and around Disney Springs allow you to use your Dining Plan credits. If you aren’t sure, you can always look for the Dining Plan symbol on the menu, check your Disney World app, or ask a Cast Member at the location you are visiting.

We hope to see you in the parks soon! Stay tuned to AllEars for more Disney news!
