Fantasy Springs, a huge theme park expansion, is opening in June 2024 in Tokyo DisneySea and you won’t want to miss it. With new lands themed around Frozen, Tangled, and Peter Pan, there will be new restaurants, rides, and shops to explore. Now, Disney just released new details about the rides coming to Fantasy Springs and we had to share them with you!

Starting in the Frozen Kingdom based on the movie Frozen, you’ll find Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey. On this ride, you will set sail on a voyage that leads you through the story of Frozen where you’ll hear some fan-favorite songs like “Love Is an Open Door”and “Let It Go”.

This is a water ride that is about six and a half minutes long with boats that can hold up to 16 visitors. Disney Premier Access (Tokyo Disney’s skip-the-line pass) will be available for purchase at this ride.

Heading over to the Tangled-themed area called Rapunzel’s Forest, Disney created the ride that fans of the movie have been dreaming about. It’s called Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival and yes, you get to ride through the lanterns on a boat just like in the film!

It’s a romantic water ride that lasts about five minutes and takes you through the story of Tangled. It starts with Rapunzel gazing out of her tower singing “When Will My Life Begin” followed by her and Flynn Rider running off together visiting various scenes from the movie. And then, of course, you’ll ride through the lanterns with the duo singing “I See the Light”. AWW.

Disney Premier Access will be available at this attraction as well.

Now it’s time to head to Peter Pan’s Never Land where there are TWO new attractions! First up is Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure where you will join Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, and the Lost Kids to save John from Captain Hook and his pirate crew. Disney Premier Access is also available at this six-minute-long attraction.

Last but certainly not least is Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies! At this attraction, you’ll board a “Busy Buggy” (which is a vehicle made by Tinker Bell) and explore the fairy valley through the seasons. The ride is made to feel like you’ve shrunk down to fairy-size.
