People Are DIVIDED Over This Potential Splash Mountain Nod in Magic Kingdom

Splash Mountain closed its doors in Disney World nearly a full year ago, and we’ve been watching the progress on the ride’s dismantling ever since.

Of course, we’re thrilled to one day experience Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and are excited about all the progress being made over at that construction site. We had been wondering if Imagineers would put any Easter Eggs into the ride, and now it looks like we may have an answer.

The new ride is located in the former ride building of Splash Mountain and will follow along with Tiana and her friends after the movie’s timeline. It’s slated to open in Magic Kingdom in late 2024.

Progress!

Another Cast Member pointed out that the stump had always been there and may not necessarily have any hidden meaning — which is totally possible! Either way, we’ll be keeping an eye on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and this stump, in particular.
