As per their website, masks will become optional for all guests visiting the resort starting on March 13th, 2023. They state that “guests are requested to make the decision as to whether or not they will wear a mask,” and the website goes on to state that there may be cases when guests will be requested to wear a mask.

Tokyo Disneyland also includes other operational standards that they are continuing to implement, including distancing and increased sanitization and hand washing stations.

These updates come as a result of Japan’s reclassification of the virus as they move to define it at a level of least concern by May 8th.
