Oga’s cantina was one of the things I was most excited for on my trip to Disney as a huge Star Wars fan. We made a reservation for our party of 3 and upon arriving waited 20 minutes to be led into the cantina. We were placed at a standing room table with 5 other adults and 2 children when they brought another group of 2 to join us. The table can probably comfortably accommodate 4 adults, 6 tightly so we were waaay too cramped. We waited about 10 minutes without being greeted by a server to order and finally gave up on the whole experience.

Pros:

Theming Interesting drinks

Cons:

Too crowded Poor service Pricey

While the theming inside Oga’s Cantina is one of the coolest...the drinks are lack luster and pricy!! Pre-mixed cocktails that are mostly sugary mixers are a big no-no in my book. The most bang for your buck would be the beer flights! Defiantly do it at least once just to see it.

Pros:

One of the coolest bars on the Disney World property!

Cons:

Over priced pre-mixed simi-par cocktails.

My group went to Oga's on opening weekend at WDW, and it was a fun experience! The drinks were tasty but expensive. We also tried one of the provisions with alcohol - these jello type alcoholic treats were an interesting flavour that I probably wouldn't order again (not a fan of pop rocks). It was crowded, and we stood at the bar, but it wasn't uncomfortable since timing inside was limited. The service was excellent, and the entertainment was great. I would return to try the Fuzzy Tauntaun, but it's not a must-do stop for me. I would say check it out for the experience.

Pros:

Great entertainment and atmosphere

Cons:

Limited seating

I was really excited to try the Cantina but I feel like the prices aren't worth it for the drinks you get. All of the drinks are pre-mixed so there's no customization and you are only allowed to order 2 per person. We tried the fuzzy tauntaun, the outer rim and the carbon freeze. The fuzzy tauntaun has a buzz foam on top that will make your mouth tingle. The outer rim has nice flavor but also has an interesting pudding of sorts on top. The carbon freeze has jumping boba thanks to liquid nitrogen. The atmosphere in the Cantina is fun with festive music but there isn't a lot room to move around and since they assign you a spot you don't get to choose where your party sits or stands. Check it out if you're a Star Wars fan and if you don't mind paying more.

Pros:

Star Wars Fan Must-Do, Festive Atmosphere, Interesting Drinks

Cons:

Pricey, no customization allowed for drinks

This was totally worth the wait for our party of two. The queue moved quickly and the bar itself was totally immersive. We were seated at the bar and the service was great. The Fuzzy Tauntaun wasn’t particularly delicious but fun to drink, as it makes your mouth tingle. If you’re a Starwars fan and don’t mind a bit of a wait, I would 100% recommend it.

Pros:

Super fun and immersive.

Cons:

Probably have to wait to get in.

On my family's most recent trip, we were able to snag a reservation for Oga's Cantina. The atmosphere itself deserves a 10! We really felt like we were in the Star Wars universe. The Imagineers did such a great job here, all of the little details were done perfectly.

The music is very fun, presented by DJ-REX, which is a great nod to the original Star Tours. But it is pretty loud inside, so if you or someone in your group is sensitive to loud noises and music, this may be a place you want to skip.

We tried three of the non-alcoholic drinks: the Jabba Juice, the Blurrgfire and the Carbon Freeze. The Jabba Juice tastes mostly of pineapple with blueberry popping pearls and was my personal favorite of the three. The Blurrgfire is a pomegranate lemonade that has habanero-lime dust on the rim, but don't let that scare you. It really didn't have any heat to it. The Carbon Freeze is lemon-lime Powerade with strawberry, blueberry and green apple popping pearls. It very fun because it had dry ice at the bottom of the glass which made it bubble and fog, which is great for pictures, and it tasted pretty good too.

We also tried the Batuu Bits, and while it was ok, it wasn't anything special. It was basically vegetable chips with what tasted like marshmallows pieces, the kind that come in breakfast cereals, and a dipping sauce. I would probably skip it next time. They do have a charcuterie board, but we didn't try it this time. I do wish they had a few more food options, though.

Overall, I highly recommend Oga's Cantina. Whether you are a Star Wars fan who's always dreamed of sipping a drink at the Mos Eisley Cantina, or not, this is a must if you can get a reservation.

Pros:

Immersive atmosphere Great non-alcoholic options Fun music

Cons:

Not enough food options It is pretty loud inside

The atmosphere at Oga's Cantina alone is worth the visit. The drinks and snacks are fun and creative, but also come at a heavy price. It's worth a visit at least once, but might not be good for more than that unless you are really into Star Wars. People come for the novelty, but once they've tried it once, they don't really feel the need to come back again.

Pros:

Really takes you into the atmosphere of Star Wars. Has fun and creative menu options that are exciting to try.

Cons:

Pricey. Can be crowded. You may be sat with strangers. Kind of a one and done experience.

Oga's is great for the experience. The drinks are really fun (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) but priced a little high, even for Disney. There are some booths, but it looked like they were only seating larger groups there. All of the other areas are standing only, which is a bummer if you are looking for a place to grab a fun drink and get off your feet. It was just me and my son, so we ended up getting a bar table that we had to stand at. We both enjoyed our drinks and we also got the Happabore Sampler, which is similar to a charcuterie board. It was much better than we were expecting and it was fun to try some of the different items that we normally wouldn't have tried otherwise.

Pros:

atmosphere, fun drinks

Cons:

price, hard to get a reservation, limited tables to actually sit at
