Spinach dip and edamame were decent. I had the salmon which was an epic fail. Do not recommend.

Took unnecessarily long to get served … even my drink order. Entree came out quickly, but barely warm and ridiculously insubstantial for the $27 price. The fried “Fisherman’s Basket” had two very small shrimp, a half dozen or so tiny scallops, a couple of clam strips, and about ten calamari hoops … over a PILE of cold, not crispy, French fries. I understand it’s a theme park restaurant, but meh …

The restaurant is nice inside so we were excited to try out Lombard's after passing it many times as annual passholders. What at complete waste of time and horrible experience.
Our server never greeted us, it took over 20 minutes to get a water and we had to ask a different server/hostess. We still hadn't ordered food after 40 minutes and had just gotten our drinks..... at a theme park time is money and though i enjoy sitting down to eat, with a two year old it's ridiculous to wait 40 minutes just to order your food especially when the restaurant is not busy and server only had one other table. We ordered the servers recommendations of spinach dip and fish tacos. less than 5 minutes later they arrived.....how is that even possilbe. The food was cold, the dip was cold and the fish was cold. Our son's pasta was steaming hot. We asked for the dip to be heated up and just to take the tacos back as we were running out of time. They took the tacos off the bill and returned with new dip and tacos. The food now hot tasted better but not great. When our server who recommended theses dishes as her favorites asked out it was we said it really wasn't very good and she responded "oh yea i don't eat fish so i've never had the fish in the fish tacos"...... how are they your favorite then? Anyways it was a waste of money, waste of a meal when there are many better quick service and sit down spots at Universal.

Great food great views of the park! Definitely recommend the New England clam chowder.
