Thankfully we got here early and got to ride the more popular rides before the crowds poured in. Teamboat Springs is a really fun family ride. The chair lift line got so long that we opted to climb the stairs. I know I'm not in the best shape, but I thought I was going to have a heart attack...so many stairs! The lines for most rides were nearly an hour. The Creek was packed! It was wall-to-wall inner tubes (if you could even get a tube). Many people were just walking along the creek. Also, it was hard to find chairs, although they were mostly empty. As is often the case, people "reserve" chairs with a towel and never use them. My biggest complaint is about the rough/dangerous surfaces on the bottom of the pools. My husband flipped off his raft at the bottom of a slide and had about 15 inches of cuts and scrapes along his back. We had to go to first aid for numerous large bandages. Later in the day my daughter was knocked down by the waves in wave pool and cut her knee. Back to first aid again. I was sorry for my daughter and husband, but also felt disgusted to think this happens to others and how much blood gets in the water. After 20+ trips I can finally say I went to Blizzard Beach, but I'm not rushing to get back. The best thing would be to get there early, rides the big rides, eat some donuts (yum!) and leave, but given the price of tickets that's an expensive few hours. Wear water shoes...surfaces are rough and hot.
Pros:

Blizzard Beach is a ton of fun! The kids always have a great time. Slides are really cool, and the theming here is amazing. I love the lazy river and Teamboat Springs - the family ride.
Pros:
Fun! Stuff to do for everyone!Cons:
Carrying your tube (and your kids' tubes) up the stairs on some of the rides in tough stuff.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 03/21/2022

This water park is one of the best the theme of a ski resort that got melted is a great idea. I would pick blizzard beach over typhoon lagoon just because went i went to typhoon lagoon I didn't understand the theme at all.If your a person who loves water and aren't afraid of slides then you should come to blizzard beach.
Pros:
awesome water slides, great food, theme you can understandCons:

My favorite waterpark, as a skier it has a great theme the slides are better than typhoon lagoon. my only con is the wave pool but I am a slide person anyway. there is such a variety of slides from a zipline to a massive 5 second drop slide there is something for everyone, if you have time go. posted by Joey Birdsall
Pros:
big and small slides, world's longest family raft slide, a racing slide and mini donuts!Cons:
food is a bit boring but still good, wave pool is less exiting.Reviewed by KSteele Review Date: 07/14/2021

This is the perfect sized waterpark, packed with attractions and lounge chairs. This does not have high-adrenaline water rides, so more perfect for families than for teenagers. We went on a mid-June Monday (right after the COVID rules were cancelled), and didn't wait in any line more than 5 minutes.
Suggestion route in this order: Green slope, purple slope, red slope, lazy river/kid playground/wave pool.
Pros:
Not a lot of people, water was beautifully cleaned (even had someone scraping leaves out of the lazy river), waves in the wave pool were the perfect intensity for both adults and little children, chicken tenders were good, Pina CoLava's were fantastic, bathrooms smelled nice--seriously, like I am taking deep enjoyable breaths in the bathrooms, first time for that! You don't have to do a lot of walking. The spacing of the attractions is great.Cons:
Food varietyReviewed by Fisher55 Review Date: 07/05/2021

Although the theming is cute, I feel it just isn’t enough to make me want to go to this park over Typhoon Lagoon. I had a fun time while I was here but for me it’s a one & done. My biggest negative take-away though would be the food. I understand that food at a water park is low priority but I was hoping for a little more
Pros:
Well done themingCons:

This is my favorite water park! The steel drums playing Christmas music and the ice cold water falling from melting snow is the best way to cool off in Florida. I absolutely love the ski lift to the family raft ride and the lazy river. Everything about this water park is so unique and fun. A must do for my family every trip!
Pros:
Theme, unique, great slides, ski lift, relaxing lazy riverCons:

I am writing this review for both water parks. The water parks are a great thing to do if you\\'re staying at Disney for a week or more. It\\'s a great change of pace. Obviously the theme parks are the most exciting, but if you\\'re anything like my family, you go all out at the parks. I mean, my family and I will go from rope drop to late night fireworks at each park when we go to Disney. And that gets to be very exhausting. We decided to go to a water park one day and it was very relaxing and a lot less chaotic than the theme parks. So, that\\'s just my take and thoughts on going to the waterparks.
