Pros:
Cons:

DH and I ate here on 9/24 for lunch. He had a Meatball Sub and I had the Pepperoni Pizza Combo. The food was fine. My husband really liked the Sub. We did have a little trouble finding a table, but finally found one a Cast Member was in the process of cleaning. This is one of the places we actually thought was better on this trip than it has been in the past. We will go back.

Pros: found seating
Cons: cold chicken in my salad

We ate here because Columbia Harbor House was overflowing with people. We found a table for our party of 6 easily. DH had the meatball sub which he liked,DS chicken nuggets also liked them, and I had the caesar salad the chicken was cold! gross! so I had to pick out the chicken. The cheese was generous so I managed. The rest had the smuckers pb&j which they liked. The fries that came with DH and DS meals were great!

Pros: Good location next to classic attractions, clean and cool, fun Pinocchio theme, great salad!
Cons:

This is probably my favourite eating spot at the Magic Kingdom. We (three adults) ate here on Saturday, September 19th for lunch on our first full day. I ordered the Mediterranean salad for lunch, which was fresh and excellent for a quick counter service meal. The other two ordered the same salad, a Caesar salad, and burgers and fries, and were pleased with their meals. We got there early, between 11 and 11:30 AM, so service was very quick and it was pretty quiet as we started to eat, but it started to fill up as we were finishing our meal closer to noon. We came back another time for a drink in the evening, around 7 PM or so, and it was very crowded, but we were lucky to find a spot right by the windows to watch the boats going into It’s A Small World.

I love the style and exposed wooden beams, and the place is clean and cool, a nice break from the bustle of Fantasyland. It doesn’t look big from the outside, but Pinocchio’s is big with lots of open tables, except at busy times when you might have to hunt around for a place to sit. This will definitely be my first Magic Kingdom spot to visit for lunch when I return to WDW again.

Unfortunately, we wanted to eat here again for dinner before Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party started on September 22nd, but it was closing early so we had to find another place. If you're attending the Halloween Party and would like to eat here for dinner before trick-or-treating around the Magic Kingdom, call ahead to check and see if Pinocchio's will be open.

Pros: AIR!!
Cons:

We ate here for a quick lunch after arriving in FL. on 9/19/09. We got to WDW around 2:30 and Main Street was packed with people waiting for the parade. DS 4 wanted to go on Its A Small World first. So we grabbed some food before the ride. We had 2 veggie pizza's with salad, a cheese pizza, a kids pizza and kids mac and cheese. The veggie pizza was really good. We had 6 in our party and we ate everything. My parents ordered the food and asked for 2 unsweetened ice teas. They wound up giving us sweet tea, when they went back to get the right ice tea they let us keep them all. Which was nice since it was 90 degree's. We were also able to get a table by the windows of Its a Small World. So the kids loved that. We ate and then were able to get right on the ride. Its good for a quick meal.

Pros: French fries, Building bigger then we thought
Cons:

Though we only stopped by here for a quick snack of fries, They were the best fries we had our entire trip. Building was bigger then we thought, and had no problem finding seating. Nice place for a quick snack and to escape from the heat.

Pros: good food, quick service
Cons: none

We all got pizza and fries with the exception of my wife who got the side salad. All was good and they had plenty of seating. I got the veggie pizza and they had packets of cheese and crunched peppers and I thought the pizza was great. Better than some of the meals in the sit-down places I've ate at in the different parks. Better yet, it didn't me a $20 plus tip.

Pros: Castmembers were helpful
Cons: Very Limited menu

DH wanted pizza and a castmember directed us here. The menu was very limited but they did have pizza. It was edible...although it looked like it had been sitting around for awhile. Not worth the trip, next time we will move on down the street to the Columbia Harbor House.

Pros: quick service, clean
Cons: food was ok, distracting for young ones

The little ones had a hard time eating here. It was 9:20 pm on Aug 8th and they were busy watching the ride, it's a small world, so they didn't really eat anything. The pizza I had was alright but looked like it was under a heat lamp for a while. The salads were good and so was the dessert.

Pros: Quick service, clean, convenient location
Cons: Crowded!!!!

We ate lunch here June 2 after standing in the hot sun for a couple of hours. It was nice and cool and provided a good view of "It's a Small World", although we didn't get to sit at one of THOSE tables. As busy as it was, the cast members were doing a good job of keeping tables wiped and open. My son and I each had personal pizzas, and my boyfriend had some kind of sandwich....
A convenient quick-serve restaurant.

Pros: Food
Cons: Service

We ate here back in April, and I have never had any luck at this place with service. The pizza and fries were very good, but the cast members outside to direct traffic, did not have a clue and kept directing us to a locked door. I had problems with the service here a decade ago. We will try it out again, in a few years.

Pros: Good salad
Cons: Very busy

Nice to have lunch in an air conditioned area after spending an hour in the scorching heat to see Ariel. They have a very good Chicken Caesar Salad and my husband had the chicken breast nuggets that we very good for nuggets. Very very busy though. Good luck finding a table.

Pros: location, cleanliness, and variety
Cons: busy at peak hours

My family of 5 last ate here in January. My parents, brother and sister had joined us as well. We always eat here when we are in the MK. The food is always really good, and the place is always very clean, for being such a busy, counter service establishment. To eat, we had pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. We were also given complimentary, chocolate cakes, because it was taking a long time for our order to come up. People who had ordered after us had already been served their food. I'm sure we will continue to eat here the next time we visit MK.

Pros: great salad and Crowd control
Cons: Hard to figure out how to get in.

I always like the salads here. They are great. The Pizza is like the rest of the Disney Pizza. My son loved it and I guess that is all that matters with a picky 2 year old Smile.

They were great about not letting people snatch up tables and making sure we had a place to sit. We like this as a standby for Quick service because we can get a good salad. Beyond that it is pretty average.
