Pros: Great selection and service
Cons: none

We stay at the Cabins at Fort Wilderness and order everthing from water to take into the park, breakfast food, snack and light meals to make when we get home from the parks late. My order is always in the cabin when we get there and anything that needs to be refridgerated or frozen is put away for me. Love it.

What a treat!! I made out my shopping list, they delivered it to the hotel. I especially liked the way they bagged the groceries. Good quality service. I ordered breakfast item my last trip, just got home Monday, and next time will expand my order. Great Service

Pros: Great service!
Cons: Variety

So lucky to have this option for delivered groceries to your room, especially if you are not on the dining plan. I ordered right from their website with no problems. They called to confirm our order the next day and again the day of delivery. The non-perishable foods were already in our room when we arrived and the rest was at the concierge. Very good service!

Pros: great service
Cons: a little pricey

This was the first time we used the Garden Grocer for our needs, and I would use their services again with no hesitation! We always struggled to find ways to have breakfast items and bottled water in our room. If we drove to WDW, we brought food with, but as we flew down and had no car, we decided to try this - -and what a great idea! They had everything we wanted, delivered on time to our resort, all we had to do was call bell services to deliver it! We ordered on line which is any easy process, and were very surprised by all the confirmation tests, emails and phone calls - -- very customer oriented! The milk was cold as perishables are stored by bell services in refrigerators. It was a little pricey, but saved time and money from buying/eating at the resort all the time. Great service and great idea!

Pros: Continues to impress five years and running...
Cons: None

Used Garden Grocer for our fifth consecutive year in December 2013 and another year of A++++ service. Although we utilize the Dining Plan, we also use this Service for staples that we need though out the week. Why pay $3 for a bottle of water in the parks or waste a snack credit when you can buy the whole case for $7??? Overall, the prices are reasonable compared to the price of a rental car and the convenience is worth its weight in gold.

Pros:
Cons: withered produce and crushed pastries

This was our second time using Garden Grocer but the first time we ordered produce from them. We paid 89 cents each for lemons that were the smallest I've ever seen. To top it off 3 of them were BROWN and withered and unusable. How anyone working for a grocery service would think to pick these fruits and include them in our order is beyond me. I could not believe they had the nerve to charge that much for lemons that were so inferior and unusable! The Entenmann's donuts we ordered were also partially crushed, but since the groceries were handled by bell services as well as the garden grocer delivery service I can't pin that problem on any one source.

Garden Grocer, you had ONE chance to get it right and you failed us. I decided I just didn't have the time to contact you while I was on vacation and deal with fixing a problem I NEVER SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCED, especially for the prices you charged! I absolutely can't believe that one of your employees had the nerve to put those disgusting, brown and withered lemons in our order. If this is the kind of service you provide then I highly recommend that people stay away from your service.

Pros: On time delivery. Order was exactly right.
Cons: Nothing

Great service. We used them in December 2012 while staying at a deluxe villa. The delivery was on time, the prices were reasonable, there was ample selection, groceries arrived in good condition. The prices are a bit higher than my hometown grocery store, but in comparison to WDW, cheap prices. Next time we would buy more pop, even at the risk of having leftover, to avoid having to buy from resort the last couple of days of the trip. Nice feature is that you can also order beer and wine from them too. Just had to send them a photo of my ID to verify my age. Will definitely use them again.

Pros: cost savings
Cons: non

What a great service. We did not have a car, but this service allowed us to get snacks and beverages in the room at a much cheaper cost than @ the parks.

Pros: Great service
Cons: None!

Free delivery as we met the $200 requirement. The groceries arrived while we were checking in and the delivery person actually waited for us and drove the groceries to our condo, and placed them all on the kitchen counter! I was pleased that everything was as ordered, and the service surpassed my expectations. I would expect that Dec. 26 would have been a busy delivery day, and there were no issues!

Pros: groceries were watting for me
Cons: Nothing that i can think of

I used them for the first time for my September trip. I will say the delivery fee is a bit high but a taxi trip cost more. I got everything that I ordered and will be using them again for my upcoming trip. I arrived at six thirty in the evening and my groceries were waiting for me. In fact, the check in desk at my resort informed me as well as Garden Grocer.

Pros: Great quality produce
Cons: none

We ordered all the food for us to eat breakfast in our room every morning. We also ordered a few snacks. The food was waiting at our hotel and it was all great! Saved us a lot of money on eating breakfast!

Pros: Convenience, delivery, fresh products
Cons: None

Best thing for villa dwellers. We were able to order lots of milk, juice, fresh fruit, and veggies. We love having cereal and milk so we can take off as soon as we eat. Also love having healthy snacks instead of picking up junk food in the hotel store. I will certainly use them again.

Pros: Accuracy, promptness, price
Cons: Nothing

We ordered water, milk and juice boxes from Garden Grocers for our family of 9's recent trip to Disney World from December 9-16, 2012.

The on-line ordering process was easy, the items we were looking for were available and we received 2 confirmation phone calls/texts to let us know our items had been delivered. The water alone was worth it. At the parks, a bottle of Dasani is $2.50. We got a pack of 36 for $8.99. Had we purchased that much water in the park, it would have cost us $90!! I would not hesitate to use GG again. When we arrived on the Magical Express, the items were waiting for us at baggage services.

Pros: Great Service
Cons: Delivered in target and publix bags..thought that was odd

Excellent! Food was delivered on time to our resort. The refrigerated and frozen food was kept in a freezer in the luggage room until we arrived, and then bell services delivered to our room. We got exactly what we ordered. The only weird thing is that it was delivered in Target and Publix bags. I may be picky, but I feel they could at least have their own bags. Other thing-(not any fault of Garden Grocer's)is if you have the dining plan you have plenty to eat and do not really need extra groceries. They do have decent prices if you do want to order alcohol for your room.
