Pros: Toppings bar, cleanliness, location
Cons:

Nice place to eat, the toppings bar was a pleasant surprise, lots to choose from. If you are on the Disney dining plan, you can upgrade your drink to a large without any additional charge.

Pros: Quickness of oreder and selction
Cons: None

First time eating here and was very happy. FYI to people using the dining plan, the dining plan doesn't decipher between kids or adults so when you are using the QS, kids can order off any menu.

Pros: The free pail and shovel with kids meals
Cons: mediocre food

In general, I don't like QS and I don't like eating at Animal Kingdom Park because the vegetarian selections outside of Tuskers are pretty dismal and limited. We ate here 12/6/12 for lunch. The cast members were all friendly and doing their best, but the veggie sandwich was very mediocre, though huge. The veggie sandwiches at the Studios were better. The side of Mac-n-cheese I got for my toddler was sort of gross, but the CMs were super nice and gave us the pail and shovel that come with kids meals. The pail and shovel have been a HUGE hit, and we used them at our hotel and in the snow. I would prob eat here again over Pizzafari which was dreadful, but the food choices at this park are definitely a negative.

Pros: pretty quick service
Cons:

Basic QS meal served quicker than at most QS places even though the place was hoppin' when we went.

Pros:
Cons:

We ate here 12/9 and enjoyed it. I just had chicken nuggets so I could share with my two year old, but they were all white meat and I appreciated the variety of sauces for them. My oldest had a bacon cheeseburger and loved it. DH had a salad that he thought was great, we all ordered the chocolate mouse for dessert and it was heavenly! Because we had a two year old who is rather picky we appreciated some more mundane food choices. Plus, we refilled our mugs on our way out without a problem which was nice, We'd return in the future of he's still picky!

Pros: indoors, beautiful themed rooms
Cons: food service slow

While the food was average, I did appreciate the variety of choices! While my friend enjoyed the normal chicken nuggets, my mac n cheese hot dog was a change from the basic food, and I made sure to photograph it for all my junkfood junkies back home! Refilling your own drinks was very nice, even just for ice in the water bottle on your way out. The chocolate mousse was amazing, the cheesecake in a cup, not very good at all.

The environment of this place is awesome though. If you can't visit in person, make sure to check out The World According to Jack blog on allears. Jack did a great article that points out a lot of the hidden charm of this restaurant.

Pros: Toppings Bar, Can refill your own drink
Cons: None

We ate here on 10/20/12 for lunch at noon. Cast member directed us to which line to get into.

DW and I both had the Bacon Cheeseburgers and Fries. She loves vinegar on her fries so she was happy to see packets of vinegar there. We both loved the toppings bar and the fact we could get refills on our drinks.

DD had the chicken nuggets, fries and some chocolate mousse dessert. She is a picky eater but finished her whole meal, so I'm guessing she liked it.

Plenty of seating, no problems here at all, we will definitely eat here again!

Pros: Air conditioning, neat decor, toppings bar
Cons: None

My DH ate here for lunch on 9/26/12. It was super-busy but we found a table and the cast members did a great job of directing traffic and we had our order in and food in a very short amount of time.

He ordered the chicken nuggets with fries and grapes from the kids menu instead of dessert. It was really nice of them to do this as we tried it later in the trip at Magic Kingdom and were told that Disney is cracking down and not allowing substitutions anymore. He really liked his food, said it was great quality, hot and fresh and with the toppings bar he had all kinds of dipping sauces.

We will definitely be coming back here, we really liked it a lot!

Pros: lots of seating, AC
Cons:

The line moved pretty quickly here. Ample seating indoors and out. The Chicken BLT Salad was good, and had a generous amount of chicken. The place was in a convenient location for me and I'm glad I chose it. Pleasant, quiet lunch on the porch.

Pros: drink refills, air conditioned
Cons: seating, traffic flow, food

I'll start by saying the food is not that great... normal counter service food. Does not compare to when it was McDonalds.
It's a good place to rest on a hot summer day for two reasons. First, the AC is nice and cold. The day we ate there it was 94 degrees and 80% humidity. Second, one of the few refill your own drink places. Those two things alone almost make it worth the food and other problems.
The layout is terrible. The line starts too close to the front doors and there's not much room to the ordering stand and even less room to wait for your food. This is compounded by the fact your family members can't get a seat until the party has their food. Therefore, the entire family waits in line. Each wing has a "hostess" that will find you a seat only after you have gotten your tray of food. Way too big of a bottleneck. The other problem with the layout is the traffic flow. The same place you "enter" the wing to be seated is the same location of the condiment bar, soda station and narrow hallway for the bathroom.
Granted this trip we were there during peak season on a crowded day. It's possible with less traffic it wouldn't be such chaos but it probably wouldn't help the food.
All in all... not bad, but not as good as 10 years ago. For comparison, last year's visit was about the same.

Pros: refill drinks, air conditioned
Cons: food

Ate here last week instead of Flame Tree because it was air conditioned. The food was mediocre at best. We had shrimp po boys and burgers. There were 8 of us and I don't think anyone ate their roll - dry and crumbly is an understatement. Food was nothing special. Refilled our own drinks on the way out.

Pros: location
Cons: indoor seating

We have eaten here several times over the years. Always good. I tried the shrimp poboy this time around. It was loaded with shrimp and tasty. Not like back home in Louisiana, but very good. Kids were happy with their meals. We will be back.

Pros:
Cons:

First time having lunch here last week. We normally love Flame Tree - but it was just too hot to attempt BBQ outside. So we decided to give this AC place a try!
I had the Shrimp Po Boy. It was filled with a lot of fried shrimp and a bit of a spicy sauce. I liked it..didn't love it. It was a nice change of pace for a QS meal...but I wouldn't run back for it. DH had the Dig Site Salad - Romaine, beef chili, tortilla chips, corn relish, and cheddar - he really enjoyed it. Kids each had a hot dog and cheeseburger meal and enjoyed them well enough.

Pros: Fast service, decent food, ample seating
Cons: None

We ate here on Tues, May 1. My husband ordered the shrimp po boy, I had the burger, and my son had a kid's hotdog, yogurt and cookie. I think the food was pretty good, especially for fast food. My husband and I switched meals because he did not like the po boy, I thought it was tasty with lots of shrimp! My husband liked that you can refill your own drink, which is not available at all counter service.
The burger was large and flavorful, fries were plentiful and tasty. The toppings bar is awesome, so you can really spice up a burger. My son's meal came in a cute pail and shovel. He ate everything and some of our fries!
Theming is nice too- great things to look at on the walls and large rooms to find seating. There is also patio seating. Overall, a great choice, especially for a good ol burger and fries.
