Whether you take the relaxing and educational boat ride through Living with the Land or go on a behind the scenes tour, Behind the Seeds, you will be amazed by agriculture. Within the attraction are plants, veggies, fruits, spices, and herbs grown for Epcot restaurants. In addition, they have an aquacell where they raise fish, alligators, and eel.

  1. Do they serve those fish in Epcot restaurants, too? Which restaurant would serve eel?

Lisa responds: It is likely that fish is served in various Epcot restaurants. As for the eel, it’s possible that Tokyo Dining uses it in their sushi. I found eel on their menu.
