A Day to be Thankful

Today is Thanksgiving Day in the United States.
It is celebrated every year on the 4th Thursday of November.

So on this day of Thanksgiving, I want to take a few moments and thank all of you for your continued support of AllEars.net!

We would never be about to celebrate our 15th Anniversary on the Internet without each and every one of you!

You visit AllEars on a regular basis because you know you can depend on us to be reliable and up-to-date!

You submit photos, ideas, tips, and updates so we can continue to provide you the most current and accurate information possible!

You rate your experiences at the resorts, restaurants and special events which in turn help other readers make important vacation decisions.

You subscribe to our weekly newsletter, AllEars®.

You write guest blogs and guest feature articles!

You support us by supporting our advertisers.

Special thank you to the AllEars advertisers – both website and newsletter. Without you we wouldn’t be able to continue to bring the best to our readers!

Personally I have many blessings to be thankful for. Earlier this year, I was able to “retire” from my day job of 30 years so that I could devote 100% of my time to making AllEars.net the best it can be.

I am fortunate to work with a dedicated Team of Disney lovers who contribute on a regular basis as bloggers, writers, photographers and those all important behind the scenes folks!

For these things and many more…

Thank you and have a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving!

Deb

  1. G’day Deb, It will be a little while longer, but hope to bring my DH and DD on a trip to WDW in 2013 🙂 I have such great memories from that trip to WDW and all the great friends I made. Cheers, Larisa.

  2. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication for keeping us updated on everything Disney. Through this site, you and your staff allow me the opportunity to visit the World on a daily basis without actually being there.

  3. Hi Deb,
Happy Thanksgiving from the O’Donnell family in Australia 🙂 You might remember us from a huge radp meet at WDW years and years ago and a day in DC…lots of love and hugs and a big warm G’day from all of us.

  11. Deb Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you enjoy being retired. Guess this means more trips to WDW. I’ll be missing your Dec meet by a few days. I get there on the 12th. Maybe next year.

  12. Deb Happy Thanksgiving to you and everyone at AllEars. This time last year our 8 year old son was in the hospital being treated for leukemia. We spent alot of time in the hospital (CHOP) over the last year but it was so nice to able to come to your website and step back for a minute because we are DVC members and love Disney as all you guys do. It was great to be kept up to date on all the happenings at Disney. Our son is leukemia free today and we will be down in late June for his make a wish trip (GIVE KIDS THE WORLD). Hopefully you will be having a meet and greet while we are there. Thanks again for everything you do.

  15. Dear Deb! Happy Thanksgiving to you too. This is the first time that I can actually thank you for this great web site full of information, news and happy moments (the photo of the week is a proof of that!)
Hope someday be able to meet you…as well you are invited to meet my country too.

  16. Deb, I very much appreciate all the info I’ve gleaned from Allears since finding it in 2007. I went from knowing nothing about Disney to devouring your website when we planned our first trip in 2007. I read every page as if it was assigned reading for a college course. And I still come back to it all the time. We just returned from our third trip and as soon as things slow down, I’m planning on posting our dining reviews. Frederick, MD, is only an hour away from me, so if you ever plan a meet there, you can count on me to attend. (And if that sounds like a hint, well . . .)

  17. Deb:
Thank you for starting AllEars. It makes planning a WDW vacation a whole lot easier. Before we eat at a restaurant, we check the web site for the menu and see what other people say about it. I recommend the site almost on a daily basis. I tell them if they want up to date information that is accurate you have to go to AllEars to get it. Again thank you. I check the site daily for the blogs to see what is current.

  18. Hi Deb,

A very Happy Thanksgiving to you and your close and extended family of Disney friends. You provide such a wonderful and informative service for all us Disney lovers.

I believe your effort has helped so many people have a magical and informed Disney vacation right from their first visit……..VIC

How does it feel to be retired. Bet you wonder how you ever had time to work the real day job. Both my wife and I say that all the time

DEB: Thanks Vic. I certainly am busier than ever now. I am very fortunate to have been able to live out my passion though AllEars!
