You’d be AMAZED how much of your perfect day in Disney World relies on pure LUCK. Maybe the bus to Magic Kingdom pulls up right as you approach the bus stop. Maybe you spotted the LAST pin you needed to complete your collection on a Cast Member’s lanyard. There are some things you can’t control, but maybe that’s part of the FUN!
There is one SUPER RARE Magic Kingdom experience that only a few people are lucky enough to see each day. In fact, you have to time it juuuust right (which takes a lot of luck) to be among the people with the BEST view in Magic Kingdom. What are we talking about? Let us explain.
OK, so we often give a pro tip to check out some of the popular Magic Kingdom rides LATER in the evening if you want a shorter wait. In fact, the wait times often drop during the Happily Ever After fireworks, as most people stop to watch the show!
But there’s one ride that STILL tends to have a pretty high wait time — even during the fireworks! That ride is Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. But what if we told you that despite the 70-minute wait at 8PM on April 23rd, 2024, we STILL recommended hopping in line for the ride? Say what?! WHY?!
If you can time is just right, you may be lucky enough to be on the ride during the fireworks! And trust us — the view from Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is pretty special. Note that the Happily Ever After fireworks show is only 18 minutes long, so you only have a short window of time! But if you check the wait time and do a little queue math, you may be able to watch Happily Ever After from a mine train.
