I Stayed in Disney World’s Two-Story Hotel Room…and I Have THOUGHTS

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay in Disney’s Club Level hotel rooms?

Disney’s Boardwalk Inn

Club Level rooms at Disney World are select rooms at the Deluxe Resorts and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. They offer you an elevated stay at Disney World and offer you special amenities such as the Club Level Lounge and Club Level Concierge service. You can enjoy a continental breakfast, evening wine, and beer selections, and desserts and cordials during your stay, and the concierge will help you with a variety of things during your stay. It’s a very special experience, and we wondered what it would be like to stay in one of these rooms. So I packed my bags and set off to stay at the BoardWalk Inn‘s Garden Club Level room — here’s how it was.

Disney Vacation Planner

The garden rooms are located at the BoardWalk’s gardens (naturally) and are entered motel style from a beautiful patio area. There are beautiful flowers, white picket fences, and some cute hidden Disney details.

Of course, Quincy and I had to get a few pictures right at the front! I mean it was so cute, why wouldn’t we? You can spot a hidden Mickey over the trellis that took us to our door.

Each room has its number on a cute bird feeder right outside the door.

This was our room’s bird feeder!

Honestly, the front of these rooms is seriously adorable. We loved the garden and the homey details that it had, even before we walked into the room.

The garden was adorable!

Each garden suite has either a patio or balcony that welcomes you home.

We had a welcome mat!

When you first enter the room, you step into a living room area with a couch, desk, and TV. This space is quite spacious and a great place to relax.

Sitting room

The details in this room were also really nice! There were subtle Disney details like a cute picture of Minnie outside in her own garden area.

From the living room area, you can head into the kitchenette, to the main floor bathroom, or up the stairs to the loft where the bedroom is. We decided to go to the kitchenette first.

The kitchenette is off to the side of the living area

It’s a simple kitchen space that offers a sink, microwave, closet space, a coffee maker, and…

Kitchenette

…a hidden mini fridge!

There’s a mini fridge!

Here we found some fun surprises from the concierge staff! There was a welcome letter with info like when breakfast and other offerings would be served in the lounge, as well as some salt water taffy, and a personalized note.

A welcome letter and other goodies were waiting for us!

How cute is this note from the Innkeepers Club?!

Note from the staff

It even had our names handwritten on it!

It was personalized!

We then headed into the bathroom that is available on the main floor attached to the kitchen. It is a half-bath, with a toilet and sink. (Wait until you see the full bath upstairs!)

Main floor bathroom

After exploring the main floor we headed back to the living room where we could find the stairs to finally see our room!

Up the stairs!

Upstairs is a master bedroom with one bed and a master bathroom. The room we stayed in is meant for only two people, but we would argue that you could fit more in it if you needed to.

Bedroom

This space is honestly the cutest part of the suite. It feels much more updated and special. You know for sure that you’re in a deluxe space when you’re up here.

Bedroom

You have a TV, dresser, nightstands, and a closet. There are more fun and subtle Disney details in the bedroom. Above the bed’s headboard is an adorable picture of Mickey and Minnie enjoying a quiet park.

The Disney details are the sweetest

You know I was in heaven in this fancy loft bedroom!

The bedroom was adorable!

The master bathroom is attached to the bedroom and might be the best part of this suite! It’s a very nice bathroom (though not on par with the best bathrooms we’ve seen).

The bathroom

The tub is a drop-in tub that feels super luxe! A nice relaxing soak in this tub would be just what’s needed after a long day in the parks.

Look at that tub!

If you think that tub is fancy, wait until you see the shower! It is a very spacious shower with clear glass doors, and the toilet is in a separate room with it. It’s nice to have the shower and toilet separate, so it’s easier for everyone to get ready at the same time on those early park mornings.

The shower was so fancy!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the experience of Club Level! There were lots of neat details and amenities, like umbrellas you can use on loan during your stay. This is not the only two-story hotel room in Disney World, but it was a new way to experience a Disney resort stay.

Umbrellas for loan

The main level felt a little outdated, but the loft area made up for that by feeling much more luxurious. The suite is certainly spacious, which is nice if you are trying to fit more than two people in it.

A different view of the main floor

The gardens right out the door are an adorable touch and, in general, the suite is very cute. However, there aren’t too many unique things about the room. Yes, it’s two stories with a loft, and there are some Disney details, but there are more unique options at other Disney hotels.

View from the loft

Club Level is a great experience, but we’re not sure that the cost of this specific room is worth the higher price tag. Other options may be more affordable than this two-story suite, comparatively. But if it’s just two of you and you’re looking for a fancy suite that is within walking distance of EPCOT, then perhaps this is the option for you!
