Have you heard the news?
There’s a brand new theme park coming to Orlando in 2025! The name? Universal’s Epic Universe. We just got some new (and huge) details about the park including one of the lands — Celestial Park!
When you walk into Epic Universe next year, you’ll enter Celestial Park. You’ll be greeted by stunning architecture, water features, and relaxing pathways. This land acts as the portal to all of the other universes you can visit in the park including a new Wizarding World of Harry Potter land, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon land, and Dark Universe.
Universal also revealed some new details about what is coming to the land including rides, shops, restaurants, and more.
That dual-launch coaster we’ve been seeing in construction photos? That lives in Celestial Park and it’s called Starfall Racers. The coaster will reach speeds of 62 mph and 133 feet high. The coolest part? The coaster will perform a “Celestial Spin” where the two coaster vehicles do an inverted crisscross while speeding through the air.
The grand centerpiece of the land is the Constellation Carousel. Onboard, the constellations glide forward, and backward, and make 360-degree rotations on the carousel.
Astronomica is an interactive wet-play area that is also a giant compass. It will feature crystal blue fountains that guests can play with.
Several dining spots are coming to Celestial Park as well! This includes Atlantic, which is a full-service “surf and turf” restaurant. It’s set inside a Victorian aquarium with incredible views of the land.
The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant is another full-service restaurant serving authentic Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food with neon dragons and lanterns all around.
Other dining spots include The Oak & Star Tavern serving barbecue and Pizza Moon serving a variety of pizzas.
We mentioned stores as well, and in Celestial Park you can shop at the Nintendo Super Star Store. The shop will be full of your favorite merchandise themed to Super Nintendo World. Moonship Chocolates & Celestial Sweets will let you satisfy that sweet tooth.
That’s not all — there will be plenty of entertainment to enjoy too! Celestial Park will feature various fountain shows across its seven acres of water. The water will even reach heights of 135 feet to music and interactive lighting all day long!
At the end of Celestial Park, you’ll see the Universal Helios Grand Hotel. Talk about an easy commute to the park!
Universal also released a video that is an animated fly-through of Celestial Park. Watch the video below:

I think Disney is about to become a #2 family destination in Florida…Universal has reached out to their fan base with creating new ideas for this new park…Sorry to say Disney’s latest creation is a recreation of an existing creation…what ?
Disney needs to get their act together. Universal parks are already cooler . Looks like this one puts it over the top.
