Tower of Terror Is Getting Some SCARY Changes at One Disney Park!

Tokyo Disney Resort has just announced that its version of Tower of Terror is getting a special version — but only for a limited time!

Calling all Tower of Terror fans! If you love traveling to The Twilight Zone and aren’t afraid of old service elevators, you’re going to wanna listen up. Disney announced some changes to an iconic Disney attraction, and we have allll the spooky details.

Tokyo DisneySea’s Tower of Terror attraction will see two versions of added chills and thrills. The changes will happen now through April 7th, 2024. The Tokyo Disney version of Tower of Terror takes guests through a 1912 New York Hotel that lost its owner in 1899 to a mysterious disappearance.

The added thrills will occur over the span of a couple of months, with each period of time featuring a different change. January 9th through February 4th will be the Tower of Terror: Level 13 overlay, which adds more thrills.

February 5th through March 6th will see the Tower of Terror: Level 13 “Shadow of Siriki,” which will take guests through the curse of Siriki even more than before. Guests will then have the opportunity to vote for the overlay they like more, which will then debut for a month from March 7th to April 7th.

This is an extremely fun and enticing way for Tokyo Disney to bring more thrill into their park while staying true to the story they have created for their version of Tower of Terror.
