It’s Christmas week and that means we’re getting closer to the new year!
2024 is bringing some exciting updates in Disney World! A few rules are changing making our trips easier and some new attractions are set to open. While one beloved ride had to close to make room for a brand new one, we’re excited to finally ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. We’ve been keeping a close eye on the construction in Magic Kingdom but now Disney has shared some new insights!
Disney premiered a special 20/20 documentary on ABC called Disney100: A Century of Dreams. In the documentary, we got a look inside Disney’s past, present, and future. They shared some info and sneak peeks at what’s to come in the parks. They discussed projects like the Animal Kingdom Expansion and they shared a first look inside Tiana’s Bayou Adventure!
We got to see inside the ride what imagineers have been working on. There are all new grasses, trees, and a hut in the background, which has piqued our interest!
It is very reminiscent of a bayou! With Disney’s magic, we’re pretty sure it’s going to be just like stepping foot into the real southern environment.
Everything looks so REAL. They have all the details you would expect from Disney, down to the flowers!
The concept art for the ride looks endearing and fun with animals all around you. We can’t wait to meet them and sing the songs along with them. We won’t have to “dig a little deeper” to be convinced to ride this new ride!
You can also see that Tiana will be there with you! She’s taking us on an adventure and we’re ready to follow her.
Can we also mention that the outside of the ride is going to look beautiful at night? Take a look at the concept art of it all lit up.
We’re so eager to ride this new ride. We think fans of Tiana’s are going to love this new attraction. 2024 can’t get here soon enough!
