Gideon’s Bakehouse Just Made THREE (!!!) Announcements Disney Fans Are Gonna LOVE

A new month has rolled over, so you know what that means, Disney fans — new treats to pick up at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs!

Gideon’s is known far and wide for its inventive and addictive cookie, cake, and drink flavor combinations. So it comes as a shock to no one that this month’s NEW featured flavors are ones that instantly have us drooling the moment we set eyes on them!

It’s no secret that Gideon’s Bakehouse is one of our favorite stops to make while visiting Disney Springs, and its latest announcements just gave us new excuses to drop by!

Each month, Gideon’s rotates new seasonal flavors on the menu, and they’ve just announced the flavor lineup for May.

This month’s featured cookie is the Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie. It’s thick and weighs almost half a pound. It’s comprised of a peanut butter-flavored cookie laced with freshly ground espresso and smothered in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Pieces! One word: YUM.

To cut down on all that sugary sweetness, Gideon’s has sprinkled in some espresso beans to balance the flavor for a unique and rich dessert! These are available every day of the month while supplies last at a limit of two per person.

Gideon’s is taking one of its glorious cookies into the cake realm! This cake is a double-frosted multilayered cake that coats three individual layers of their super soft chocolate cake, with addicting peanut butter buttercream and mocha espresso buttercream!

If you’re still craving even more peanut butter, they’ve even added some Reese’s Pieces and peanut butter cups to WOW your taste buds. Cake slices are available every Wednesday and Saturday throughout the month, and there is a limit of two per person.⁣

Fans must have LOVED Gideon’s Banana Nitro Cold Brew because Gideon’s Bakehouse is keeping it on the menu for one more month!

However, this will be a Disney Springs exclusive, so you’ll only be able to buy it throughout May at this location. As a reminder, if you’re new to Gideon’s or just aren’t quite sure what the monthly flavors are when you step up into the line, souvenir menus are handed out to everyone waiting at Disney Springs.
