Pros: variety, some health alternatives for a change
Cons:

This place was good for a counter service. Plenty of healthy choices and for once you don't get chicken fingers and fries. But don't worry - there is still a bakery!

Pros: Food (healthy, good variety)
Cons: Price

I love Sunshine Seasons and have eaten here more times than I can count! While I enjoy a good pizza or burger, sometimes it's just nice to have healthy, filling food, and that's what Sunshine Seasons does best. My personal favorite is the Ginger Mongolian Beef (I usually order this with white rice and broccoli). It's always tasty and there is so much food I can never finish it all! The bakery has incredible dessert options...it tastes as good as it looks. My only qualm with this restaurant is that it can get really pricey...most are between $9-10. After a while I decided to see what I could get at a cheaper price, and my favorite inexpensive option is the vegetarian vegetable soup. It's served in a deep bowl and is full of yummy veggies...beans, zucchini, etc. Very filling and only $3.99. I was eyeing the corn muffins here for a while and found out that you could purchase one as a side for only 99 cents. I love corn muffins and they complement the soup SO well that I feel like I've eaten a full meal with the soup and muffin together...and spend half of what I do on a usual meal here without sacrificing quality. If there's anything here you are interested in you can usually get it as a side.

Tons of seating here too with a nice soundtrack to back things up...and you can't beat the proximity to attractions. You can eat up a lot of time on a rainy day enjoying Soarin', Living with the Land, Circle of Life, and a good meal all at once!

Definitely give this one a try.

Pros: Variety, food quality
Cons: crowded

My family loves Sunshine Seasons. We took our party of 10 there for a quick lunch after soarin and although it was crowded, the lines moved quickly. We split up at various tables but everyone found seats. The food is the best and nice change from burgers. There is something for everyone. Our party had everyone from sandwiches, salads, soups, mac and cheese and roast chicken platters. Everything was wonderful and sometimes the quality is better than some sit downs in Disney. Everything is on the dining plan and you can even get soup as a snack. We love it and will return again and again.

Pros: Huge servings, convenient, great variety, good food
Cons: Very crowded & loud

We ate here a few weeks ago. It was crowded, but the lines moved quickly. It was easy to find something we liked because of the large variety. My wife & I ordered the pork chops which were excellent. We were unable to finish all the food that came with our meals. It was delicious & we will definitely return.

Pros: great variety
Cons: long lines

My husband and I ate lunch here in late September. The choices and variety of options are excellent! We both ended up at the Asian Noodle section. I had sweet and sour chicken with white rice and noodles. My husband had ginger beef with white rice and broccoli. We then got in the dessert line which was really long (there is only 1 line for dessert). We had to wait for almost 10 minutes while holding our hot lunches. So if you have a hot item, get your dessert first!!

Our lunches were fantastic! For dessert I got the apple flan and my husband got a croissant. This was our first time dining here and I can't wait to go back!

Pros: Variety was great.
Cons: Very crowded and confusing to get each person's food.

We enjoyed our lunch after riding Soarin'. I had the Roasted Beet Salad and it was very good. Husband got a noodle dish and said it was okay. DD7 and DD5 got mac and cheese, which they enjoyed. DD5 and I split a veggie soup that was very good. The Chocolate Cake was really yummy too. We will probably eat here again, but try to avoid peak dining times. Love having veggies at lunch!!

Pros: Great selection
Cons: Busy seating area!

We have been going to Disney every year since 1997 and in September 2009 we ate here for the very first time. I can't believe we've always just looked at the menu items and walked on by without trying this wonderful place! Since there were several things to choose from, all 3 of us found something that we would enjoy. The salmon was great, DD had an Asian beef dish & I can't remember the name of it but she that is was delicious. DH had the ham & salami sandwich and it too was excellent. The desserts are wonderful....particularly the butterfinger cheesecake! We truly recommend this restaurant and for a counter service option is a great alternative to burgers, pizza & chicken nuggets! Would recommend to anyone! Actually we enjoyed it so much the first time we went back on a second day too!

Pros: big portions, variety
Cons: dirty tables

We had the 1/2 chicken which came w/2 sides and the turkey sandwich. Both were huge portions and good tasting. My husband and I usually don't like potato salad, but the potato salad that came w/the turkey sandwich was excellent. The only downfall was the seating area was pretty dirty.

Pros: Lots Of Choices, desserts are so awesome
Cons:

My favorite counter service. You can get pretty much whatever you're in the mood for. But the big whoop for me is the dessert case. I always get something different and it's always super good!

Pros: Great variety of fresh food
Cons: Nada !

Not your typical burgers and chicken fingers park food. Very tasty food from several stations. I had seared tuna salad. I loved it because it was barely cooked, almost like sushi. That might turn off some people though. Wife had Mongolian Ginger Beef and loved it. Great desserts too. It was nice that they were open well into Extra Magic Hours too

Pros: Lots of food choices
Cons:

Lots of choices, DD and myself got the asian, DH got the sandwich. Everything was very good and would eat here again. Tables were filthy so eat quick and get out.

Pros: Selection of food
Cons: noise level

We dined here for lunch on 9/4. After seeing such fantastic reviews, I guess my expectations were a little too high. My husband ordered the salmon, which he said was perfectly cooked and delicious (and he very rarely eats seafood). My son and I shared sweet and sour chicken, because he wanted the rice, and I was a little disappointed. The flavor was there, but the chicken was all dark meat and VERY fatty.

I would recommend it because of the large selection, you could easily find something for everyone, just avoid the sweet and sour chicken if you don't like dark meat or fat.

Pros: Food choices
Cons: seating

Our party of 7 had plenty of choices here. I ate Asian food, which was very good. However, I ordered the spicy dish, and it was not spicy at all. It was very good, though. All of us enjoyed our lunch and there was a lot of food!

The draw back at ths place is the seating. We ate very late and we still were looking for tables to sit down. Found one table that we were going to try and squeeze into and the table next to us was kind enough to get up and give us their table. We did the same for another group who was looking for a table when we were done eating. Very loud in here too.
