I ate here for both breakfast and dinner during my 6 day trip. Breakfast was not much different then what was available in our hotel's food court; but was a lot less crowded.
For dinner, I had the BBQ Pork chop with cheddar mashed potatoes. It was good and did not taste like a counter service meal.

Nice area, plenty of seating. Air conditioned.

Cons:

Some dishes had long lines
|

Below is my opinion of the dishes we ordered:
Pork sandwich with noodles - Pork was fantastic, slightly spicy. Noodles were good but needed a flavor boost.
Turkey Focaccia - Fresh tasting, good sandwich. Side of potatoes was good also.
Chocolate mousse - Dense and amazing, worth every calorie!

Seared Tuna and Noodles, Fast Service
|
|
Cons:
|
A bit pricey
|
|
I ordered the seared tuna which comes atop noodles. The tuna was very good (sushi grade quality) nice sized pieces and the noodles were delicious too. I had a tiny bottled water too. Service was fast, you order and pay then take your food to a table and eat it. After tax, the overall bill was $12-$13 which is a bit pricey, but really not that bad, just a couple bucks more than eating out at a nicer fast food place like Panera or Chipotle. I would definitely go there again and recommend for families too as there are different stations with different food options. The food is higher quality and much better than fast food and you get your food very fast so can get in and out quick so kids can get back to rides and attractions unlike a sit down place in Epcot which is much more expensive and will take considerably more time.

Once again, I say...finding quality food on your counter service meals is key. THis is a place you can actually find "not so fast" food. We all had the rotisserie half chicken with mashed potatoes or rice. They were all yummy! Mashed potatoes made with sour cream and chives. We had the brownie for dessert. It was fine. Nice to sit inside in a wide open space. Recommend for families wanting wide variety of decent foods.

Love eating at Sunshine Seasons because of all the different food choices! I got the turkey sandwich, which I usually get and it was great as usual! Highly recommended!

We were in Disney Jan 27 - Feb 3 this year. We ate here twice, because it is always sooo good! When we went for lunch husband got the cashew chicken like normal which he loves and I got the turkey Montery jack on ciabatta which was really good. I was a little upset that they got rid of the reuben sandwich because that was my favorite but that's ok. We ate here for breakfast also and got the adult platter which is the norm every where and the breakfast Panini. The breakfast Panini was soooo good I wanted to get a second!
Oh and desserts, me and my husband love cheesecake so we always both get the cheesecake with berries which is amazing!

This is one of our favorite quick service places on property. My daughter and I shared the turkey sandwick and pasta salad. My husband had the pork sandwich. We all enjoyed it. It is nice to have so many choices other than your standard burger, fries, and chicken nuggets.

Was a party of 12, but only 10 ate. It turned out to be almost expensive as a sit down meal. They only difference we didn't have to leave a tip. Food was okay but everyone didn't eat everything they got. Dessert was better. Probably will skip this restaurant next time.

I've eaten here before and I didn't think it was as good as last time. My husband and I both had the SPICY cashew chicken and I emphasis SPICY! It gave me heartburn. I probably should have ordered something else. It was a small portion and the chicken was grisly and also dark meat. My son ordered the Caesar Salad and he liked it. The chicken looked really good but again it was a smalll portion. The atmosphere is also very noisy and crowded. We ate here because of Soarin'. There really aren't a lot of options in Future World.

We used to love Sunshine Seasons and made it a point to come here at least once every trip. However, we feel the quality has gone down quite a lot. Mom ordered our old standby of Turkey and Cheese Focaccia and Strawberry Shortcake. She said the sandwich used to be much better than it is now. I went with the kid's pizza panini, which was just okay. I thought it would have pepperoni on it, but it was just a slice of mozzarella between two massive slices of bread. I had cheesecake for dessert, which was very good.
I don't know if we'll come back for a meal next trip, but the bakery is still delicious!

This is hands down the best counter service in all of WDW, so many choices, whether you're on the dining plan or not! We all chose different counters for food, and it was all very good. The desserts at the bakery are great (cupcakes!). Anywhere else is just not as good!

Pros:

Convenient, and a diverse selection of food
|
|
Cons:
|
Food quality is iffy at best
|
|
We ate here mainly for convenience, and we all got Asian. Dad enjoyed his Mongolian beef, but Mom declared the Sweet and Sour Chicken to be inedible. I had the tofu and vegetable noodle bowl – the noodles were very salty and spicy. The tofu, which was deep fried in a sweet sauce, was limp and greasy – not because it had been sitting around; I watched them bring out a fresh batch! It just wasn’t cooked very well. What’s sad is this was an improvement over the last several times I have eaten here… For once, the food was not cold, and we managed to get through the line very quickly. But that is really the best I can say about it. The convenience and variety are great, but if you try this, be wary of the Asian station! Perhaps the other food is better.

We ate here on Friday (11/29) when our High School band and chorus performed at Epcot. I got Monogilian Beef and my roommate got the Pork. We were happy and the food was the best. The red velvette Mickey Whoopie pie was so cute and super tastey!

Love the rotissere chicken subbing for mash instead of the rice and beans. If only hubby would remember to sub!!!. The pork chop is good too. Wish the sandwiches were made to order. Like leaving off the chipoltle mustard or pesto. But I have found they won't do this. You can leave sauces off the pork chop and other items but the sandwiches not so much!

slimy lettuce on ceasar salad
|
|
In the main this was excellent. Another first visit this trip and we shared one rotisserie chicken meal with mash which was nice and two ceasar salads with chicken. The lettuce on one looked a bit sorry for itself and wasn't very appetising. The fruit cups for dessert were fresh but the real star of the show was the New York cheesecake. I could have eaten more.
