My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch here in early February. We began with the cheese plate (big enough for two) and the apple/stilton salad, both excellent. For the main course, I had the filet. While not as good as Le Cellier's, it was, nonetheless, excellent. My wife had Sunday Roast, which she thought a bit heavy for a lunch meal, but quite good.
For dessert, I had the Scotch cake (needed more scotch). My wife had the sticky toffee, which she enjoyed.
The waitress, from Birmingham, was very personable and attentive, despite a nearly full house at 1pm lunch. Yes, deluxe dining plan. Way too much food for lunch. We were not hungry 7 hours later when we had dinner reservations.

The food was terrible. The service was bad. The place is very noisy and saw the waiter once. Don't waste your money or your time The fish was very greasy and tasteless. Being from the south, I know fish. Cracker Barrel had better fish. Was there on March 8 2011.

I had a lunch ADR here and I was late due to problems at the Magic Kingdom. The CMs went above and beyond to get me back into the system so I only had a 15 min. wait. The food was great. I started with the cheese selection. It was one of the best I had all week. A great selection of fruit as well as 3 English cheeses. Following that I had the Bangers and mash. Perhaps because it was so early in the day, but the dish was obviously freshly made. The sausage was fresh with a snap to the skin, the mashed potatoes were creamy and the sauce was perfect. I was so full I had to pass on dessert. It was a perfect lunch. You really should try it.

We went here for dinner and it was sooooo yummy. Our waiter was adorable and very friendly. The French fries they serve are not the kind I like, but that's just my opinion. They're really just normal steak fries. Everything else was perfect. The fish and chips, sheperds pie...all good. I wasn't expecting the sticky toffee pudding to be anything special but I was SO wrong. I can't wait to go back and try it again!

Our last dinner at Disney World, on December 26, 2010. It was VERY cold that day, and though we ate on the patio it worked out well as the restaurant had enclosed the patio in plastic and added heaters. We had the excellent fruit and cheese plate, which let me introduce my son to the glories of combining Irish cheddar with apples. For the entree I had the fish and chips and husband had the shepherd's pie. The fish and chips were excellent - fish was well cooked and the batter was not too thick or greasy. I also had the "English rose" cocktail which would have been better suited to a warm day but that's not the restaurant's fault - a very light and refreshing beverage. Our server was sweet and attentive. We'll be back!

Finally talked my wife into going New Years day..Our group had Surf&Turf,Bangers and Mash, Sheperds Pie, and filet for my wife..Everyone said they enjoyed their meals and thought Terri our waitress was great..She was. Great humor and could go toe to toe with my quick talking brother in law!!! Little slow on the ressie, but hey it's a vacation..Relax!!
