Pros: healthy choices
Cons: crowded and noisy; not much choice for non-healthy eaters

We ate here twice and both times had a long wait to order. Then we had a dickens of a time finding a place to eat (we are only 3 people). For healthy choices, the place is great. But if you don't care for that fare, you'd better go somewhere else. I doubt that we'll eat there again.

Pros: Food and Characters
Cons: nothing

We have tried this restuarant twice now, and it has not disappointed us either time. The food is excellent. It does not seem to be as busy as the other character dinners, so my son got to see all the characters at least twice (some more) and they seemed to stay longer at our table. I highly recommend this restaurant for a character dinner (or just for dinner in general).

Pros: Food, characters, rotates!
Cons:

I love this restaurant! The food is so tasty. Our server was attentive. Our blueberry pie was raw in the middle. Our waiter took it back to the chef who said that wasn't right. He got us another one, but we only ate a little of it from being so stuffed from the entrees. Love it, doing it every time we go.

Pros: Food
Cons: None

The only thing bad I can say was that young kids that are afraid of characters should not eat here. At the next table there was a toddler(around 3-4) who would scream every time one came over. While not the fault of the restaurant, please note parents, if your child is one of those kids, please keep in mind other people. And yes I do have kids.

Pros: Food, characters, revolving scenery
Cons:

This was better than I had expected. The food was fresh and excellent, especially the fresh blueberry pie. The waitress kept offering us seconds. The characters were great. The changing scenery was nice. I had forgotten that the restaurant rotated, until I looked up from my plate and noticed that the view was different!

Pros: food, character interaction
Cons: none

Ate here on July 27th for an early dinner. Had only eaten breakfast here before (many years ago!) and found the Garden Grill again to be a very enjoyable experience. It is probably one of the best places to meet the characters, whatever your age! It didn't seem too busy and some of them came round twice whilst we were there. (Mickey, Pluto, Chip and Dale). The whole meal was very good and I liked the fact that the salad was grown in the land. The dessert was especially good, just a shame we didn't leave much room! The servers were very attentive. The revolving seating also adds a nice touch. Overall, a very good value meal which was also one of our favourites.

Pros: Best character interaction on property.
Cons: Service

We have eaten at Garden Grill twice. Once Thanksgiving Day 2008 and then again in June 2009. Our Thanksgiving meal was AWESOME and the best meal we had all week. However in June the food was just average. The rolls and salad were great but the rest was dry. Our server was TERRIBLE! We had to ask for refills of drinks, waited over 20 minutes for a refill on some of the foods. We had to flag her down from her corner where she was chatting with other wait staff each time we needed something. The character interaction here though is the best on property in our opinion. You get so much more attention than you do at the other character meals. We would go back but only for Thanksgiving dinner again and for the characters!

Pros: great, fresh foods
Cons:

Ate here on 8/5/09 and had a great experience. We arrived 30 minute before our ADR and were seated in less than 10 minutes. I love how they bring out a kids platter now w/ mac & cheese and chicken nuggets.

Everything is served family style & you can request more of anything you want. I loved the fish of the day, which was mahi mahi. My hubby loved the beef. It's a great character meal where you don't have to get up to get your food & worry about missing a photo op for the kids. If I remember correctly, we met Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale.

Pros: Characters
Cons: Food

The only way I would recommend this is if you want a character meal and cannot get one anywhere else. I think it's neat they grow their own food, but the food itself isn't really anything spectacular. I would for sure recommend other places in Epcot over this.

Pros: Food, price, characters
Cons:

We ate here 6/11 and will eat here again. Food is served family style and had an excellent taste, especially the veggies!! The waiter was a little slow but not to the point of a negative experience. It is all you can eat and we did some damage on the veggies and steak. Met the previously established expectations.

Pros: The characters
Cons: The fish

Me and my girlfriend gave this place a try when we went to Disney for this past New Year's Eve. The food was pretty good, neither she or I cared much for the catfish.

What made this meal so much fun for us was that at one point Mickey came by and he kissed my girlfriend's hand. So jokingly I said "Hey Mouse! I'm watching you." I then used my pointer and middle finger to point to my eyes then pointed at Mickey... all in good fun.

For the rest of the meal every time either Chip, Dale, Pluto or Micky passed by our table, they would point to their eyes then point at me like I did to Mickey. It was hilarious. Sometimes it's moments like that that really make the meal or the trip and not so much what you are eating or doing.

Pros: Characters
Cons: Service, Food

We had ADRs for 8p.m. We were not seated until almost 9p.m.

Our server was very inattentive. Not only did we have to continually ask him for a refill on our drinks, we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing him.

The food was subpar and the vegetarian option had absolutely no flavor.

The only thing that was positive about this meal were the characters, but, honestly, you can see these same characters at other, much better restaruants.

This is the second trip that we have had a negative experience at Garden Grill. After the first bad experience, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again.

We will not be eating here again.

Pros: Location, atmosphere, characters
Cons: Food

I have dined at Garden Grill in the past and always enjoyed. Dined here on 6/22 with my 8 year old daughter. The characters are adorable and saved the meal for me. If they weren't there I would have hated to have to pay the bill.

The food we received were oatmeal rolls with honey butter, salad, turkey, catfish, steak, yellow squash and stuffing. My daughter also received chicken nuggets and fries. The rolls and butter were delicious as was the salad. This was all I ate. The meat and fish were disgusting...dry, greasy, horrid. The stuffing was wet and grainy tasting. hard to describe but not good. Same goes for the vegetable of squash. It was so mushy and bland. Dessert was a blueberry cake with ice cream.

As much as I love the characters and atmosphere we will not be returning.

Pros: Food, Chip & Dale
Cons: none

We had our anniversary dinner here and the food was great. I especially liked the turkey & stuffing. Our server was wonderful and since we had our anniversary buttons on Mickey, Chip & Dale blew kisses, kissed my hand etc. We got a good picture with Mickey, but due to the configuration of the restaurant, it's difficult to take pictures. We didn't even notice how far we had rotated by the end of our meal (almost back to where we started). When we arrived we were seated at a table which (at that time) was right at the entrance. It's nice to rotate away from all of the commotion going on outside the restaurant, it was also really cool to look down on the great plains scene of the Living With The Land ride. I love Chip & Dale and since the food was so good we'll go back here for sure.

Pros: Food was good.
Cons: That's about it.

I had eaten here about ten years ago, and since Living With The Land is one of my special favorites, and my son is not that into character dining, we chose the Garden Grill for our one character meal. Little more low-key than most other character dining.

The food was really tasty, and although I felt like we kept getting the more well-done end of the steak, the flavor was still good. The turkey was good and juicy and the little roasted potatoes were YUMMY. You really can tell you're eating fresh produce--our salad lettuce even tasted a little dirty. Our fruit cobbler was wonderful.

The characters, although we saw them interacting with other tables, must not have liked us. They posed for pictures and gave us autographs but beyond that, there wasn't a lot of engagement. Mickey didn't come around until we were almost finished with our dessert. It's a good thing my son is not really into the character meals.

We were seated beside the kitchen door on the second level and there really wasn't much to look at--I felt a little claustrophobic at times.

Although the food was good, we probably won't go back. Sad
