Pros: Remy, Service, Atmosphere, Food
Cons: None

We visited Chefs de France in May 2012 with deluxe dining on our honeymoon.

Pros: The service was amazing from the start. The podium hostess discussed how to say our name in French and we were seating quickly. We were impressed by our waiter, he discussed menu options and held a 10 minute coversation on France with my husband. He was quick to take our order, as well as bring our food. The meal itself was amazing. We both started with the lobster bisque, which was perfect with every taste. I had the quiche and my husband had a burger, both were cooked perfectly. We followed up with creme brulee for dessert which was the best on the property. Remy was great when he came to visit as well.

Cons: NONE!

Overall - Very impressed, highly recommend for all groups. We look forward to going back in the future.

Pros: great service, good food, Remy and handler were really entertaining
Cons: none

Review submitted by CinCin:

Mom and I dined here Jan 23 for lunch. We were seated quickly and had great service. I had the prix faire (however it's spelled) with the onion soup, a ham and cheese sandwich, salad, and a dessert. It was all very very good and I would definitely dine here again. The meals were easily enough for two adults to share. (At least for my husband and I - just for future reference.)

Remy came by for a quick squeak and a picture, but it was very fast and you had to have your camera ready because they didn't wait for you to do so.

I would dine here again. We paid out of pocket and it was not much more cost-wise than the counter service meals and much much better with wait staff and real china to dine on and silverware instead of plasticware.

Pros: Food
Cons: 2nd baguette stale

I've eaten here in the past in which I've had good and soso meals. This was better then expected. French soup good, short rib a much bigger portion than expected for lunch and good. The 2nd baguette they brought when we asked for more seemed stale. Wine and service good and Remy made an appearance. It was good esp w a 20% Tables In Wonderland discount. Ill go back.

Pros: Good Food
Cons: Waited to be seated.

We ate here on 5/14/12 for lunch. Our party liked the Lobster Bisque, Quiche, Ham and Cheese Sandwich, and Creme Brulee. The Profiteroles au Chocolat dessert was just OK. The cute mouse, Remy from the movie Rattatouille came around to the tables. We enjoyed eating here.

Pros: Seated quickly, table by the window, french onion soup
Cons: waitress, quiche

My husband and I ate lunch here on our last visit in April. After we ordered, I wanted to change my order from the quiche to the lunch special of quiche, soup, and dessert. Our waitress would not let me do that. We ended up ordering the soup a la carte. I am glad we did because it was the best part of the meal. My quiche was rather mushy and bland. My husband did enjoy his hamburger. We will not be eating here again.

Pros: attentive server/quickly seated
Cons: cramped/loud/food just okay

We usually enjoy our meals here but this time was not as memorable - being a party of two they placed us up against a column and immediately next to another table of 4 - hardly enough room for the server to get in between to bring food, etc. We chose off the price fixe menu for dinner - short ribs for hubby and I chose mac&cheese - food was not BAD but wasn't really GOOD either - just blah for both of us. I think lunch with Remy maybe the better choice (rather than dinner service). We probably won't go back for on our next trip.

Pros: Hands down favorite at WDW
Cons:

This is my all time favorite place to eat at WDW. I've tried 90% of the places to eat and this is it.
The food is excellent, service is great and the visit from Remy is very cute.
If you like cheese, trust me, eat here. If you like food, eat here. If you need a break from Epcot, eat here. If you have any reason to sit down for more than 5 minutes, eat here!
We normally order off the Prix Fixe menu and find that all of the choices are wonderful. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. Even my 4 yr old loved it!

Pros: food quality, service
Cons: feels a little cramped

We ate lunch here on 4/4/12. Our waiter, Emeric, explained he had been here about two weeks and was still learning, but he did an awesome job. We never had to wait for refills.
My daughter and I got the prix fixe menu. We both got the ham and cheese sandwich with the french onion soup, and for dessert she got the creme brulee and I got the profitteroles au chocolat. My husband got the lobster bisque and the half chicken. My son got the ham and cheese sandwich.
Both soups were to die for! My husband let me taste the bisque but didn't really want to share more than that! The french onion was great.
I wasn't thrilled with the sandwich, but that was my fault...I'm not a ham fan and only got the prix fixe for the soup and dessert! Maybe I should have asked to just get it with cheese. Everyone else was thrilled and I'm sure if I liked ham I would have been as well.
The desserts were a huge hit. We ate here 3 years ago and I remembered my daughter got the profitteroles and how awesome they were.
We got to see Remy which was really cute, although my daughter (17) is still a little creeped out by a rat in a restaurant, cartoon or not. I thought he was adorable and his handler was a hoot.
We ended up stopping at guest services to give a thumbs up to Emeric.
The only downfall I can even come up with here is that when the tables all start filling up there isn't much room to move. Other than that, I'd come here again in a second.

Pros: Fun and lively bistro atmotsphere
Cons:

Our party of three waited only 5 minutes for a walk up lunch at 2:30 today. Sofian was our server, he was extremely pleasant and efficient. DS had the lobster bisque and the chicken, he enjoyed both. I tasted the bisque, it was a bit salty, but very nice overall. DH and I had the Croque Monsieur, they were cold, but tasty. We use TIW, so we felt we got a good value. None of us are dessert fans, but from what we saw, they are amazing and very much enjoyed! If our sandwiches had been fresh/warm, I would have given the experience a 10.

Pros: Food, Flora and Remi
Cons: no cons

This is my husband and my favorite place to eat at EPCOT. We always reserve a lunch or dinner here. Our server was Flora. She was excellent! Wonderful with our baby girl and was always there asking if we needed anything.
My son,11 years old, does not usually look forward to this meal. This time he found something he liked. The scallops and shrimp with gnocchi in tomato sauce. The gnocchi were soft and the sauce was light and flavored them nicely. My husband also had this dish and said it was delicious. The scallops and shrimp seared just right and not over cooked.
The lobster bisque was excellent. Not a strong seafood flavor but a rich, thick and smooth stock. The lobster was not tough or too "fishy" tasting.
I had the roast chicken with broccoli. The chicken was moist and had a brown sauce with it that was mild. The broccoli was steamed perfectly. As I didn't feel for a seafood or beef meal, I chose the chicken. I enjoyed it greatly. I thought it was very good. This was the chicken that my grandmother would cook.
The onion soup is always excellent here. And of course, you are always served a small baguette that is out of this world.
We did not have dessert here because we chose to pick something up from the patisserie. The dessert is good here though.

Pros: Delicious food, walk up table, Chef Remy
Cons: Average service

Despite large crowds today, I was able to get a walk up seating for 1 at around 2:20pm. It was only about 5-10 minutes before I was led to a table right against the window with a view of World Showcase Promenade. My server was Jean-Michele and while he was friendly, he wasn't anything special.

I chose the Prix Fixe menu, beginning with the French Onion soup. I was also brought a baguette, which was excellent when dipped in the soup. I normally don't like french onion soup but this was very good.

My entree was the Ham and Cheese Sandwich. I did not care for the accompanying salad-the dressing was too strong. But the sandwich was delicious.

I was torn on dessert: the strawberries and cream cake or the profiteroles? But I ended up with the profiteroles and was not disappointed. The chocolate sauce was warm and perfectly offset the vanilla ice cream.

Between the entree and dessert, one of the cast members brought Chef Remy around on the cart and that was a delightful surprise. I really enjoyed this meal and am glad I finally got to eat here!

Pros: service, remy, food
Cons:

We ate here on Feb 17th. This was our first time eating here and we enjoyed the meal. Our waiter was very nice. The onion soup was very good here. I had the mac and cheese. It was good, but a little dry. My husband liked his meal. I can not for the life of me remember what he ate. My daughter had the kids steak sandwich which is actually a burger. She was stuffed from eating our soup so she did not eat too much dinner. We would definitely eat here again.

Pros: Great food
Cons: None

My friend and I visited this restaurant on 1/27/12. Our ADR was for noon. We arrived 15 minutes early to check in. It took another 15 minutes to be seated. Our seats were right at the window where we got to watch street performers during our meal.

Both of us chose the French Onion Soup with a Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich and small salad. This was the best French Onion Soup either of us had ever eaten. The Ham and Cheese Sandwich was excellent with lots and lots of Guyere cheese.

While we were eating, we had a visit from Remy from Ratatouille. Lots of fun. For dessert I tried the Creme Brulee and my friend tried the Shortcake. I thought my dessert was good but not great. My companion said the strawberries were very fresh and hers was a great dessert. I would definitely go back to this restaurant when I visit again.

Pros: Nice atmosphere and good food
Cons: Tables a little close together

This was my 2nd time eating at Les Chefs de France. I like it here because it feels a little more adult oriented. We had ADR dinner reservations for Feb. 5th and thought it'd be nice to pop in to view the France movie just before we ate. It's a great movie and a nice way to start off your meal there. They give you a bread baguette which was a little hard but still tasty. My boyfriend ordered off "the French Menu" which includes an appetizer. He chose the salmon. I had the beef tenderloin. He said his dinner was ok and wished he had order the tenderloin since I let him have a few bites of mine. It was one of the best meals I've had. The sauce was so flavorful and it came with au gratin potatos and green beans. I cleaned my plate. Our desserts were good but not fabulous. The service was good and I'd definitely go back.

Pros: Excellent food
Cons: Hostess was a bit rude

This was my second visit to this restaurant. The food was excellent--I had the Quiche Lorraine and my DS had the roast chicken and potatoes. My DM had a sandwich which she loved, but can't remember what kind. The only complaint I have was that when we arrived, they had just opened and were seating people only at window tables. When the hostess went to seat my party (3 women), we were given a table in the middle of the room. I politely asked the hostess if we could sit near the window just like everyone else (since there were many vacant tables next to a window) and she rudely commented that our table would at least be near a window. What is up with that?? Nevertheless, she finally thought it over and took us to another room to a window table. We definitely didn't appreciate the 2nd class treatment, but may give this restaurant another try since their food is delicious.
