We dined here on our recent trip and had the Caprese Flatbreads and the chocolate cakes for dessert. The flatbreads were good option for a counter service pizza instead of the standard variety. These were topped with fresh sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and balsalmic drizzle. The chocolate cakes were the standard packaged available at most counter services but we like them. We would dine here again.

Pepperoni Flatbread pizza - Very good! Not a lot of tomato sauce, but not necessary for a flatbread. Crust was crispy and delicious. Both my husband and I loved this.
Chocolate cake - Excellent as always, love Disney's chocolate cake.

Ate here over February break for a diner. Had not eaten here for a while and found new menu to be good. The flat bread were good as well as the sandwiches. While it would be nice to have pizza for the kids this was a good change from burgers. We ate near diner time and it was not crowded. Got a table outside and was able to relax. Overall it was good experience and a change of pace.

We grabbed an early dinner here on our DDP in January 2013. We were in Fantasyland and didn't want to walk any further, so we stopped here. We found seating outside and had a pleasant rest here under the umbrellas.
The pizzas were good and so were the desserts. This was a nice alternative to the usual fast food burgers and fries.

My friend and I had lunch here on the std dining plan on 01/24/13 because we did not want to wait in the ridiculous line for Be Our Guest. We were extremely surprised by and satisfied with our Caprese flatbread It was delicious!!! We would recommend it and eat there again.

Mixed feeling. I enjoyed the Caprese flatbread and DH enjoyed the meatball sub. However, my picky DS would not eat the flatbread. It used to be a great place to go for pizza. We can't come here anymore. Other kid options are mac&cheese and uncrustable. Dear Disney, please offer regular pizza for kids.
Ate lunch after 1pm on MLK, It was very crowded. Hard to find a table. All 6 of us squeezed around one table. Difficult to even walk through dining room, there were so many people.

Party of 12 and was able to find a table outside. Everyone enjoyed what they got and it was one of our least expensive meals. Staff was good and help me carry the food outside. Would do again.

Originally we wanted to eat at the new Be Our Guest restaurant, but it was an hour wait to get into the eatery. So we decided to eat at Pinocchio’s instead. It also had a line out the door but it went quickly and cast members were on hand to assist with finding an ordering line. There were also cast members helping people find empty tables. We each got a flatbread pizza and we were surprised by how good they were. The crust was crispy and had the right amount of sauce and cheese. My mom ordered a Caesar salad, which she also enjoyed. If you want something other than burgers, this is a good place to try that is easy to get into and out of.

My daughter and I didn't like the new flat bread pizza. The child's cheese pizza cosists of granular texture cheese on a crisp, crunchy crust. (Almost like a cracker)The caesar salad was good.

Wow how is it possible that I've never eaten here before? The Caprese Flatbread was fantastic! I love the Pinocchio theme at this counter service--so cute. It's fun to watch the Small World boats departing while you eat, too. Very cute, very yummy--loved it!

We enjoyed our meal here. We especially like that the counter services at WDW now have a printed hand held menu that makes it much easier to prepare your order.
I really enjoyed my caprese pizza. Split a very good salad with DH. Kids liked the chicken strips. Enjoyed looking out over it's a small world. Definately would return.

Haven't been here in years and was pleasantly surprised. Great flatbreads, especially the Caprese!
Loved the gelato option for dessert. We ate here late on a Sunday night so there weren't any crowds to contend with. Definitely will be back. In fact, teenagers ate there twice on this trip.

DD10 and I braved the pouring rain and spent some Mom and daughter time in MK. After doing some rides in Fantasyland we checked out the menu here. It has been years since we visited and she loved the sound of the Caprese flatbread. The lines were huge and seating is a nightmare. Once we found a seat, we shared the flatbread and ceasar side salad. The flatbread was very good! Super thin, crispy crust, mozarella, thinly sliced tomatoes and a balsamic drizzle. It was more than enough to share between the 2 of us. The salad was fine...typical CS salad. Despite the crowds and noise, it was a very nice lunch.

Inside the restaurant it is themed really nice! We got a window table that overlooked the "It's a Small World" attraction, so our kids loved that. The food - same as everywhere else. Not sure you should choose a Quick-Service placed based on food alone because they all were about the same, variety wise. It was a good place to eat and get out of the heat. Fun, quick experience with a chance to see Pinocchio decor that you don't experience anywhere else in the parks.

As an annual pass holder, I have been eating here for years. And until recently, I always felt this was one of the better quick service spots at Magic Kingdom. The pizza was always decent and somewhat enjoyable for a quick and relatively affordable lunch. Then around April/May they changed the pizza to a flatbread. The prices went up fairly significantly. Whereas the pizza used to come with a small salad, those are now additional. I ordered the pepperoni flatbread and it was so bad that could not even finish it. I can truly say that unless Disney changes their recipe of the flatbreads or switches back to the pizza of old, I will not be back to eat here.
