Pros: Characters and the food
Cons:

We always made an ADR before 9 am on days there are no Extra Magic morning hour. We get into the park before it opens and see the Main Street and castle with no lines, crowds. The characters are great and interactive. The food is very good. It makes for a fresh start for our day.

Pros: Food and Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore!
Cons: None

This is a must every trip, we only come for breakfast and it never disappoints! The food was great, nice and warm and tasty. The characters were fun and lively even though there were no little people there, just a preteen and a mom. They were very interactive and sweet. Our server was also a delight, very sweet!

Pros: Characters, bright and sunny inside
Cons: none really

We ate here 10/3/11. This was a good solid meal, with the 100 acre woods characters as a bonus.

The food was great. The fruit and the corned beef hash and the potato casserole were all fantastic. My husband tried the omlette station and struck up a conversation with the chef, who's worked for the mouse for 16 years. It was reasonably priced, as far as Disney prices go. they even had a "kids" buffet area, so he kids could serve themselves on a few things.

The characters were great. It was fun to see Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger and Piglet. Tigger seemed a bit rushed as he was the least "playful" and seemed a bit hurried in his doing a signature for us.

This is another place we got to early because transportation took less time than we thought. Our ADR was for 9:15 but we arrived at 8:50 and were seated bu 9:05.

It was fantastic to walk down a semideserted Main Street and shoot pictures with out the horde of people.

Pros: Food, Characters
Cons: None

Love the Crystal Palace for breakfast, food is always great and the interaction with the characters was wonderful. Was with my Mum (in her 80's) and the characters were amazing with her, she loved it!
Will eat here again for sure.

Pros:
Cons:

We never saw Piglet either - after an hour, we wanted to beat the rush at opening. Overall the food was very good - lots of fresh fruit - and the character interaction was great. We would definitely eat here again.

Pros: Early morning Reservations,
Cons: Character rotation

We had a ressie for 8:05 am, park opened at 9:00. It definitely helped having the early ressie, we were seated immediately. The food was okay, nothing really spectacular except we really liked the breakfast pizza. We were at our table for at least an hour and half and had only seen Eeyore and Pooh. We were about to leave and Tigger came around so we sat back down to wait. Piglet never made it around to us. Sad Not sure if we will try this one again on the next trip, only if we want to get early entry to the park.

Pros: Beautiful restaurant; good food; great attention
Cons: can be very busy

We dined here for breakfast in mid September.

The check in was easy to do(we had an 8:05am res) and waited about 5 minutes before our buzzer lit up.It was hard to work our way into the front door because people were crowding the area waiting for their turn to be let in. Only a few families waited where the hostess had asked.

Once we went in, we were seated promptly and told how the characters will arrive and make their way around the restaurant. Lots of food to choose from: scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, breakfast pizza, chocolate croissants, danish, omelette station, fruits, yogurt, etc). Drinks were always filled promptly; we were full leaving that beautiful restaurant.

Piglet, Tigger, Pooh and Eeyore came to our table but not too quickly in between which was great because we had time to eat and make trips to the buffet. They did the kids parade mid way through the service, but not too many kids joined in this time. The characters came by again after they visited once, which is great for photos without food on the table.

We first dined here last year and made sure to book it this vacation; we were not disappointed!

Pros: food, server, characters
Cons:

We had a fantastic server. She was very attentive. We were the first seating of the morning and had plenty of time to get our food and see the characters, but still be out in time for park opening. I've been here for dinner twice and not had such a positive experience. It can be crowded here when the dining room is full. We really enjoyed breakfast. My only wish would be for a showing of Christopher Robin or Yellow Rabbit. I've seen Pooh and friends more times than I can count.

Pros: Awesome Breakfast Buffet
Cons: None

We had a character breakfast with Winnie the Pooh and friends on September 3, 2011. We only had to wait a few minutes to get seated. Our waiter was very nice and pleasant. The breakfast selections were sooooooooooo good. We we up several times and we were not rushed out. Winnie and Friends came by all the tables and took pictures with their fans. They even did a cute conga line with their little guests. I would definitely come back for breakfast at Crystal Palace.

Pros: food, characters, early park entry
Cons: time to see all characters

It was just my husband and I on 9/13 here for breakfast. The buffet had plenty of tasty choices. Since we don't have kids, it doesn't take us that long to eat and when we were done had only seen Pooh. Our waiter was nice enough to bring us over to the other three to get our picture before we left. I'm sure this is not the norm, but we really appreciated it and made tipping at the buffet worth it!

Pros:
Cons:

We had an 8am ADR, we were seated quickly. The food was good, server was ok. But the characters were not so good. We saw the first 3 by 9am. We were done eating and paid our check. 20 minutes later our server asked if there was anything else she could help us with. I explained "Pooh" had not been to see us yet. She then walked away. We then waited an additional 40 minutes after telling her Pooh hadnt come around yet. I will not eat here again during our next trip.

Pros: Service, food and characters
Cons: Nothing

This is a must do character dining experience for my family.

The food is all buffet and is hot, fresh and tasty. There is a large variety on the buffet, too.

Our server this year (9-08-11) was awesome. He was friendly and extremely attentive- out of our seven days at Disney World (and we were on the DDP) he was the best server by far and made our breakfast w/ Pooh and friends very enjoyable and memorable.

The characters did a great job interacting w/ my son (we felt very rushed at many of the other character dining experiences).

Beware, however, that this place is very popular, so an ADR is strongly recommended.

Pros: everything
Cons:

Dined 9/3 DD21 and me - This is by far one of the best values at WDW. The breakfast is very good and hot. We always get 8:05 ADRs so that we can eat and be at ADventureland for rope drop. The characters came around and we ate in 50 min. I stopped and complimented the managers on how well it is run. We had issues as Tusker House the day before. Will go back

Pros: characters, service, pre-park opening, food
Cons: long lines

The pre-park opening breakfast at Crystal Palace is quickly becoming a tradition for us. I just love being able to get in there early and get those shots in front of the castle before the park is filled with people. This time (8/14/11) we had an 8:25a and were allowed in around 7:55am. The restaurant was MUCH more crowded than our visit back in Decmeber- so the line to get in, the wait to get in, and the lines at the buffet were MUCH longer. At least it's worth the wait.

We had an AWESOME server...very attentive, made sure we didn't hit the buffet until the chef went over allergy issues, she got Piglet to our table just as we were leaving to make sure we met everyone, offered us double cupcakes at the end and got us bday cards. Our table was also covered in Mickey confetti.

The character interaction was top notch as always and the food was really good. We still managed to get out right around the time the park opened so we could head off to Adventureland with no wait times in anywhere! If only they'd bring back the breakfast lasagna Sad OH well, Pooh's French Toast is yum- and their corned beef hash is a nice change from the other hash options at the other breakfast buffets.

Hope to return in 2013 Smile Can't Wait!!!

Pros: Great food and good characters
Cons: Getting in

We had a 9:00 am reservation here on 9/4. Arrived at the MK around 8:40 am. They wouldn't let us until the park opens. We told them that you are supposed to be there 15 miniutes early but they guy still wouldn't listen. Finally, I supervisor let us in. I really wish Disney would be consistent with their policies. I totally understand that Disney is a large organization but it seems to be coming the norm that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. It is very frustraighting. Thanks for the vent...

Onto the breakfast...suprisingly there was hardly anyone there and any wait. Everyone was probably still trying to get in..ha. We were quickly seated. The server was good. He came over soon enough to explain things and get our drink order. Drinks always refilled.

The food was great and fresh. Pooh's french toast was as good as always. The buscuits and gravy were good too. There was plenty of other things from fresh fruit to ceral to more meats. Something for everyone.

The characters were good too. They were all pretty interactive. Nothing was rushed. The handlers were quick to make sure no one got skipped over.

Overall, it was a great meal. We definetly plan on goin back!
