Pros: food, location, early ADR
Cons:

This was our second breakfast at Crystal Palace, and it was awesome! The food was hot and fresh and plentiful (LOVE the puffed French toast!), and the characters were great. My younger DD was a little unsure so they just waved to her, and gave big hugs to my older DD. We were celebrating my older DD's birthday, and our server brought her a cupcake with a candle, and a card signed by all the characters, so that was a great touch!

Pros: food and characters
Cons:

First time here for breakfast.I think it is less crazy in the morning as opposed to lunch. Food was plentiful and tasty. Puffed french toast yummy!

Pros: Characters, lovely atmosphere, food quality
Cons: none

Ate here on 3/18 had ressies for 8:05am. It was nice to be one of the first in the park and took our family phote in front of the castle that we wanted to use for our Christmas card. We were seated within in 5 minutes of arriving. Our waitress was wonderful explaining everything since this was our first visit. We went up to the buffet and sampled everything. I had been reading the reviews all year planning our vacation and knew all about the puffed french toast. I excitedly told my family to make sure they tried this and it was true. Very good, all the food was good. The characters came out immediately and our table was the first they came to. My DD4 was so happy that she ran to them to get hugs and pictures. We didn't need to get autographs as we got them the day before in AK. After visiting and taking pictures the charaters visited throughout the room and then the announced a parade my DD4 ran to join the parade around the room, afterwards they all came back around to our table for more pictures. I was very pleased at this character meal and plan on doing this again. The lighting is amazing inside very bright and spacious, I was also surprised and how many emply tables there were at the early time in the am. We had ressies for BBB at 10am and wanted to be able to enjoy our breakfast before heading there. Also, FYI the first aid station is right next door our DD4 wasn't feeling good and went there to get her temp checked.

Pros: Atmosphere, food
Cons: Loud

We have been doing this breakfast on our annual trips for 5 years, it is my daughter's favorite. The characters are always so interactive and the food is great. My daughter missed the egg pizza they normally had but she found new favorites to fill her up. We always leave nice and stuffed and the variety will even please a picky eater. For my daughter's birthday, she received a signed picture of all the characters which just added to the magic!

Pros: Lots of good food!
Cons: Can be long wait for characters

One of the best breakfasts anywhere! Lots of good food and variety, fruits, breads, cereals, biscuits, meats, casseroles, etc. I can't imagine not finding something for everyone on the breakfast buffet. The wait can seem a little long for characters, maybe because it's a fairly large restaurant (still beats waiting in line). Even as teenagers, my boys (now 23 & 19) love to eat here for the food.

Pros: food, characters
Cons: server

We love Crystal Palace for breakfast and have eaten here the past 3 trips. Food is always great! I was disappointed this time that they no longer have apples, bananas and oranges as my boys love eating the fruit with their breakfast. This time our server was awful! We had a party of 6 so the gratuity was already added on so not sure if that is why he was not attentive at all? The server behind us brought out the little girl a signed card from the characters and a cupcake for her birthday and our server did nothing for my boys who were celebrating their birthdays while we were there. He mentioned it when we sat down, but didn't do the little extras. I asked about it, so he brought it out but didn't seem very happy about it. If we eat there again, I am going to make sure we don't have him as our server again!

Pros: Food, Characters and service
Cons: none

Party of 5, were there on New Year's Eve morning for 10 o'clock. We had a blast. After people started to leave, Piglet came to sit at our table and took my sister in law's map to show her where we should go... was so cute, I took very nice pictures.

Pros: Food, characters, service
Cons: Not a thing

One of the best meals in Magic Kingdom. It was busy, but the character interaction was great. The puff french toast is amazing! The other choices were plentiful and fresh. We had a party of seven and,for most of our trip, the service was questionable. We wondered if it was because gratuity was already added to the bill. We didn't have an issue here. Service was top notch. We will eat here again for sure.

Pros: characters, service
Cons:

This was our first breakfast of a ten day trip. We ate here twice. Jan 10th and again on the 16th. Service was good both times, good variety of food, although the potatoes are the same potatoes served everywhere in the parks and they are never cooked all the way through. The characters were great, and it didn't take long to get them all.

Pros: Food, decor, service, characters, location
Cons: None

My daughter and I had the best time here! Food is fresh, hot, and delicious. Our server was so nice and took good care of us. The characters alone are worth the price of the buffet! It is also such a beautiful place. Sunny and bright with large windows with a perfect view of the castle. Reservations are essential.

Pros: Variety of food, characters
Cons:

Ate here Dec.13. The food was good, especially the puffy french toast. The variety here will make anyone happy! All the characters came to your table for pictures.

Pros: Good service and Food
Cons: Table was small for a party of six

It is our tradition to eat at the Crystal Palace at least once when we visit WDW. The food and service were great and the only negative was that we were a party of six and the table would normally sit a party of four comfortably and we found it to be very crowded.

Pros: lots of food options
Cons:

There were plenty of food options at this breakfast, that's for sure! We especially enjoyed the "create-your-own" omelet option and the french toast. Some of the food was a little too onion-y for our taste, but overall, we enjoyed the experience.

Pros:
Cons:

The food was very good, but they continued to run out of it. You could not get Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon...standard stuff. That was disappointing because you had to keep going back. It took several trips to get Mickey waffles (the only reason I am there!), so that was not good. The charecters were great though.

Pros:
Cons:

We dined here for breakfast on 12/19. Our ADR was for 10:20, we checked in a bit early and were seated right on time, at the same table we were at two years ago. Our server was Monika, and it took her awhile to come over and get our drink orders.

Character interaction was fine, we were able to get a quick picture with each character.

Food was very good as usual. Love the puffed french toast and fresh fruit, and mom loves the scrambled eggs. The western breakfast pizza was very good. Only item that was disappointing was the breakfast lasagna. I was excited to see it had returned as I had never tried it before, but it was simultaneously very sweet and bland, and just seemed very mushy.

We will definitely return!
