Ordered from Garden Grocer a few weeks before my trip. They confrimed the order, delivered to the bell station because we were not in our room at the time. Everything seemed perfect. Then wer realized we received 3 of the wrong juice box packages for my children, wrong case of water, we were missing 1 item and the entemanns donuts we ordered were to expire within 2 days. Called Garden Grocer, they said they were done with deliveries for the day, but would correct all the mistakes the next day. Next day they sent everything except were were now missing 2 packages of juice boxes for the kids again. After arguing with the girl on the phone, they did say we could keep the wrong juice they sent, which was useless to us. Finally, the third day or third delivery, the last 2 packages of juice were sent and everything was right. Would I recommend them? I guess if they were the only place I could use. I just didn't need the aggravation while I was on vacation!

This is an excellent service! All of the things I ordered were waiting for me at Bell Services and perishables were stored as well. The Garden Grocer also called me and text me to let me know they delivered everything. The only cons really are the extra fees but it is to be expected and better than having to go to the grocery myself!

Not only did GG call and confirm when I ordered online, but also called the day we were flying in to confirm our order was waiting for us at the resort. Great service! I highly recommend.

This was our second time to use Garden Grocer, in March 2012. The order was delivered to our resort with no issues but the impressive part was the phone call, email and text that I received several times to confirm our order, make sure it was correct and to let us know once it had been delivered. Outstanding.

I ordered our stuff about a month ahead online. I received a call and an email to confirm. The food was waiting for us when we arrived and it was fresh and delicious. They also called me before we arrive to confirm. This is a great service.

We ordered from Garden Grocer b/c our son is a picky eater. We had no problems with the order. Everything was perfect and delivered at time suggested. We could of had it delivered to the room, but husband went and picked it up at bell service. Will definitely use GG again next year.

So glad we discovered this gem of a service. Order was filled exactly as placed, delivered to bell services at the hotel in advance of our arrival and followed up with a phone call. We ordered cheeses and fresh fruits and vegetables; I'm very particular when buying produce but it was very fresh and I couldn't have selected it better myself. Will definitely use next time.

We were a group of 9 and ordered $200+ of food from Garden Grocer. Delivery on time. Items were perfectly described - produce was perfect. Would definitely use again. FYI - bell services must deliver to room - you cannot pick up - so factor in a nice tip.

This is the 2nd time we've used Garden Grocer for our Disney vacation and I will keep using them. We ordered our food online before we left for our vacation and paid by credit card for everything. They had everything that we needed. We really just got things for breakfast like cereal, milk, OJ, bananas, english muffins and yogurt but they had it all and pretty much at the same price you would find at any grocery store. It was delivered to our hotel and there when we checked in. I love this service because we don't have to do the shopping and we can get things to eat for a quick breakfast before our long day in the parks.

We used this service when staying at AKL Kidani Christmas week 2011. We were so impressed! Groceries were packed well and everything was as promised. The delivery was timed exactly as requested and actually arrived as we were pulling up to the resort on Magical Express. We felt that it was a great value.

I have used this service on my last three vacations and I am very pleased. Every product was as I ordered and bell services took care of refrigerated products with no worries on my part. I don't want to grocery shop on vacation. Love it!

Such a great service!
Ordering was easy. I needed a product (a certain brand of protein bar) that wasn't on the website. They found it and added it to my order. So nice!
Everything was delivered neatly and waiting on us when we arrived. Bell Services kept everything cold and then brought it to our room.
Yes, it's a bit pricey, but you are paying for convenience.
Fantastic service!
