We have used KNO multiple times during our two most recent Disney trips. We arranged with the service for the sitter to arrive at around 5, which they did, we set them up with our kid in our room, gave instructions on feeding and bed, and then left. And we had a fabulous date night. Epcot without a toddler was awesome. And we could enjoy things like riding a bigger attraction together rather than doing rider switch, and enjoying the full fireworks show. Each time we’ve used this service, we’ve come back to a sleeping child with the sitter just sitting in the corner. (Yes I know that sounds scary, but there’s no where else to sit in a hotel room) Some sitters come with their own toys. We liked one lady so much from the first year that we requested her the second year we came back. Prices are a little steep if you’re not from a big city, but getting to experience Disney by day with my kid and Disney by night with my spouse really is the best of both worlds.
