We absolutely loved this hotel! It is literally a walk across the street to get to either Disneyland or California Adventure.
They have a nice free breakfast in the morning which includes: milk (choc. or white), coffee, fruit juices, cereal, fruit salad, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, some type of eggs, and yogurt everyday. Then, every other day it changed between sausage and breakfast potatoes one day and biscuits and gravy and bacon the next. My family of 5 (includes 3 sons; 16, 13, and 9) loved it. You can watch the monorail drive by as you eat from some tables. Most tables are outside. This breakfast helped us save a little money on food because we ate lunch at around 2pm or 3pm and ate a late dinner outside the park on nights they closed at 8pm.
The hotel beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean except for the floor. The carpet was so dirty that your feet turned black when you walked on it... we just learned to keep our shoes on, but we told them about the problem when we checked out. I saw absolutely NO bugs. The only other problem we had was that our refrigerator in our room wasn't working, and we had to throw away all the food we put into it on the day we checked in. From now on I will check the temperature of any hotel refrig before I put my food into it. I just expected it to be fine. It might also be that it worked just fine, but was turned off or very low. In that case, it was my fault. I am still not sure, as we were in a hurry to check out and I didn't know until then.
I would still pick to stay here if we were going back to Disneyland. For my family, it was perfect and was better than I expected.
